In this self-reflective lesson, we will focus on honoring this heart of yours that loves so hard and falls so hard. To honor those feelings of darkness as much as you honor feelings of lightness so that you can work through them with love and release. Your work will be to focus on loving the hurt, aligned in the integrity of self-love so that you can find the value of love, and loving yourself, through this hurt and pain.

Hello,

My lovelies,

And welcome to Heart-Centered Healing.

This is Lara Moncrieff,

And today we're going to focus on honoring your pain,

Loving your hurt.

Let's begin.

I ask the hand of divine grace,

Of divine healing,

Of velvet love to be upon us in this moment,

To soothe with the healing that we need,

To help us release and rise up in the gloriousness of our divine spirit,

To step into the power of our self sovereignty,

And to set us on the path of heart-centered healing.

Don't you think it's time for you to finally take a minute,

Breathe,

Reflect,

And honor you?

Honor this heart of yours that loves so hard,

Falls so hard,

That gives so much.

And what others don't see is how,

When you're hurting,

It takes so much out of you in return.

For it is the center of who you are.

It is your guiding heart that beats with fire and passion,

Love and desire,

In the same way that it beats with hurt,

Shock,

Desolation,

Yearning,

And unrequited love.

It feels so big in both of these extremes.

It's time for you to honor that darkness.

It's so easy to honor that light.

So hard for you to honor that dark because you just want to transmute it back into the light.

And with time,

Yes,

With time.

Some hurt is not meant to be transmuted.

Some hurt is meant to be worked through and released.

But that can't happen until you honor that part of you of love.

Regret,

Not could've,

Should've,

Would'ves,

Not questioning with why.

Why is this happening to me?

What I did wrong?

Then monitoring your hurt and pain with love for yourself,

Simply for having the vulnerability to love hard in the first place,

And the passion and the kindness to put yourself out there so courageously,

So fervently,

That when your hopes and dreams don't come true right in this moment,

That you feel it equally,

Passionately,

In sadness.

For if you aren't to feel this hurt,

If you don't feel the loss of someone that you wanted this deep,

Was it really important to you?

Some relationships come and go,

Just like the heart heals in time.

Some relationships are meant to lift us up.

Some relationships are meant to tear us down so that we can find our strength and our integrity and our character.

Some relationships,

They teach us both.

Those are the rarest and most beautiful of all because it isn't that full pendulum swing that we experience the spectrum of life in which we become fully alive because we grow.

We grow through the love.

We grow through the hurt.

We grow through loving the hurt as much as we grow through stepping past the fear to love bigger,

Aligned in the integrity of self-love.

So now it's time to honor you,

That you allowed yourself to feel so big a possibility that it's now time for you to feel that same way on the shadow side.

And is it really your shadow?

Because you can see it.

You can feel it.

You know exactly what it is.

You just don't know what to do with it.

Why do you expect yourself to have all the answers?

You can just honor how you feel.

Just honor how in vain you are.

You don't have to make it right.

You don't have to make it better.

You don't have to be strong to overcome it.

It's a part of you and it wants to be recognized,

Acknowledged,

And honored.

So honor this hurt because you earned it.

You earned it through your love,

Through your kindness,

Through your courage,

Through breaking yourself open,

Wide open,

And becoming vulnerable and reaching out to connect with your divine spirit with theirs.

You did all of that.

You did the work.

And you were willing to receive,

Unbiasedly,

This risk as well as the reward.

You were willing to receive either.

And that's what makes this hurt all the more beautiful because you didn't act cautiously.

You didn't act flippantly or irreverently.

All of the impulses that you went with were driven by the possibilities of experiencing love in its greatest light.

So because you love with intention and lead with intention,

Because you were so pure,

If you don't honor this hurt inside of you,

If you don't let it flow through you and out of you and to you so that it can wash away with the other hurt and sadness,

You won't recognize the highest highs.

Would you really value them the same if you can't value this hurt?

If you can't find the value of yourself through this hurt and pain?

Love is about honor.

Love is about value.

Value all of you.

Love is about how it is.
