Inspired by my training in Reiki, when we did an Ocean of Love visualization, this meditation guides you into the visceral calming womb-like experience of waves, heartbeat and divine light.

This was even more wonderful than I had hoped. I love listening to Glenda CedarLeaf’s guided meditations and this one with the wonderful ocean sounds for awhile at the end took me on a journey in my mind to special childhood places. Enabled me to feel the ocean temperature chill as my feet got into the crunchy sand. I floated mindlessly as I did back then bobbing in the ocean. I felt seaweed went past my leg and I felt the oily calmness of the sea against my skin. 🌸namaste🌸
