This classic story is adapted from Robert Southey’s 1837 version. It is suitable for all ages. I modified the ending to give this tale an extra positive outcome; reinforcing important life lessons. We will follow Goldilocks as she wanders into the home of three bears and unintentionally causes a bit of trouble. But when the bears return, instead of staying upset, they all learn about understanding, humor, and the beauty of unexpected friendships. This soothing bedtime journey gently explores: Intention and misperception Naiveté' that leads to wise self-care Choosing peace after chaos Finding joy and friendship in surprising places Featured music extends to 30 minutes, so you can drift off to sleep if you like. Musical Selections: First Snow by Sabertone JE Ladd, Water Lilies by Kenyon Songs, and Serene Being by Chris Collins (here on Insight Timer)
