Welcome to this guided chakra meditation using affirmation with JiJi mindful living.
Chakra refers to the spinning wheels of energy located along the spine in our body.
It relates to the physical and emotional aspects of our being.
When our chakras imbalance,

Chakras can cause emotional and physical distress.
Connecting with our chakras helps us maintain harmony throughout the mind,

Please begin by taking a comfortable seat or maybe by lying down,
Whatever is the most comfortable to you.
So affirmation is a great way to connect with ourselves on a deeper level.
As we move through each chakra,
Simply listen to the affirmation and internally repeat to yourself a few times.
Noticing how each statement makes you feel.
You may close your eyes if you haven't done so.
Feel into your body,
Connecting to your breath.
See if you can soften your shoulders,
Relax in your jaws.
And take a few breaths in and out through your nose at any pace which is natural to you.
Feel any tension melt away.
Bring your awareness to the base of your spine,
Your root chakra.
Imagining a glowing bright ruby red.
This is the space that governs safety,
Security and trust.
Breathe into that space and internally repeat.

Next move up to your sacral chakra located underneath your navel.
It glows bright orange and connects you to your sensuality,
Your passion and your creativity.

Focus now on your solar plexus chakra.
Power center at the upper belly just above the navel.
Glows yellow just like the sun.
This is your source of self-esteem,
Willpower and confidence.
Breathe into that space and internally repeat.

Bring your awareness to your heart,
The heart chakra.
Imagine it glowing bright green.
Your heart governs compassion,
Love and forgiveness.

Next move up to your throat,
Your throat chakra.
It glows bright blue and connects you to your voice and your ability to listen.

Focus now on your third eye located on the center of your forehead.
This is your source of insights,
Intuition and imagination.

Focus on the crown of your head,
Your crown chakra.
It's a deep violet color and relates to your spiritual growth,

Notice where your awareness wants to linger,
Maybe to a specific chakra or you might feel more connected to a certain affirmation.
