Activate your chakras and bring around you a beautiful pyramid of protection.
So when you're ready,
With your eyes closed or just with a gentle gaze,
I want you to begin by just inviting in energies aligned with love.
Energies of love,
Light,
Compassion and truth.
Energies focused on your highest good to be with you today.
Thank them for being with you throughout the day.
Thank them for bringing you guidance,
Support and love.
And thank them now as they help you to activate your chakras.
Starting with your stellar gateway high above your head,
Your own personal sunshine and as it lights up and activates your connecting with source energy.
Then focusing a little further down on your soul star chakra.
Connecting with your soul's wisdom as this activates and lights up now.
Connecting with the wisdom of the many lives you've experienced.
Connecting with the wisdom of your higher self.
Then activating your causal chakra which is just above and behind the crown of your head.
And as this lights up and activates you're connecting with those higher frequencies,
With those angelic frequencies.
Connecting with their wisdom,
Their light and their support.
And moving your focus to the crown of your head as your crown chakra lights up and activates.
You may imagine this as a thousand petaled lotus flower opening up and divine white light pouring in through the crown of your head to every facet of your being.
Then focusing on your third eye chakra just above and between your eyes allowing it to light up and activate.
Activating your divine sight,
Activating your ability to co-create with the universe.
Then focusing on lighting up and activating your throat chakra so you can speak your divine truth with love,
With light,
With compassion.
So you can speak with divine wisdom today.
Then focusing on opening up your heart chakra allowing it to be flooded with love and light.
Your powerful heart chakra opening up,
Feeling strong.
Then moving down to your solar plexus chakra and as this lights up and activates you're connecting with your inner power.
You're connecting with your inner divine warrior,
With your soul sovereign self.
Just feel that power now as it will stay with you throughout the day.
Then bring your focus to your navel as you're activating,
Lighting up your navel chakra.
Connecting with the oneness,
Connecting with that beautiful divine energy that runs through all things,
Through the trees,
Through the plants,
Through the people,
Bringing a deep sense of connection and belonging.
Then moving your focus down to your sacral,
Your sacral chakra and as this lights up and activates you're connecting with a feminine energy no matter your gender.
There is a feminine power here that allows you to find the power in simply being you.
And as you're here just send a little love to your inner child.
Blow them a kiss,
Give them a wave,
Just send a little love their way today.
Then moving your focus down to your base chakra at the base of your spine and as this lights up and activates you're anchoring into your body,
Anchoring into your being so you can stand tall today knowing exactly who you are and all you have.
All you have to give,
Knowing your worth.
Then moving your focus down to the ground beneath your feet,
Connecting with your earth star chakra and as you connect to light up and activate this chakra you may be aware of roots growing into the ground connecting you with the earth,
With the energy of mother earth,
Of Gaia.
Feeling your energy connect with the earth and the earth's energy connect with you.
You are now connected from source energy to earth energy.
And so now I want you to imagine bringing that pyramid of protection around you.
Let it come around you in whichever way feels right for you today.
Let it build around you,
Climb into it.
Then just notice what your pyramid is made of today.
What do you need today?
How high a level of protection do you need?
And know that your energy is safe within your pyramid as anything that doesn't serve you simply bounces off the outside.
Leaving you feeling calm and at peace,
Feeling strong within.
Then surrounding your pyramid with gold,
Silver and white light and a beautiful star at the top,
Your antennae to source energy.
And so now feeling connected,
Feeling protected,
Feeling strong,
Feeling at peace,
Feeling ready to take on your day.
You can start to open your eyes,
Return to your full awareness and have the most wonderful,
