Spring Clean Your Mind, Chakras And Aura With The Angels

This is a guided meditation, which has healing, heavenly music in the background. You will journey through an orchard and be led to a temple and garden that represents your body, aura, and mind. prepare to relax your body and calm your mind., sub-conscious, and super-conscious. Whether you visualize or not, please know that your chakras will be cleansed, cleared, and aligned. You will be joined, by an Ascension angel. I ask you to believe that the universe is helping you, trust that the force of love and Divine timing is working with you, and receive your wishes and dreams when the time is right. You may listen to this track daily, nightly, or whenever you feel guided. The angel in me honors the angel in you.

Hello beautiful soul.

It's time to spring clean our mind,

Our chakras,

Our aura,

Our thoughts,

Our feelings.

So I'd like you now to prepare for this transformational meditation by getting really comfortable,

Either sitting up straight with a nice straight flat back or lying down if that's more comfortable for you.

But know if you lie down you may go to sleep but your subconscious mind will be listening.

So I invite you now to close your eyes if you haven't done so already and breathe in and out,

In and out in your own rhythm allowing the new energy to come into your system and the old stagnant energy to be released as we prepare to spring clean our inner temple.

So what we're going to do is go on a guided journey and this journey we will take ourselves to a temple.

That temple will represent your mind,

Your chakras and your aura.

So let's now take ourselves out into mother nature.

I want you to start this journey with me in a beautiful orchard.

Now this orchard has so many beautiful trees and it is springtime.

Notice the blossom on the trees,

Notice the colours,

Breathe in the fragrance and the colour from your trees.

You will have the appropriate blossoms for you and your needs.

Maybe it's apple blossom,

Maybe cherry,

Maybe pear,

Maybe orange blossom.

But notice all the trees showing you that they have blossomed.

They are inviting you to blossom too.

So begin to walk down through the orchard.

And as you come to the end of the orchard there is a temple.

This temple represents your body.

So what temple is waiting for you?

What's the size and the colour?

How does it feel?

Does it feel inviting?

Does it feel scary?

How do you feel as you approach this temple knowing that it is a representation of you and your body?

Your body is the temple for your beautiful spirit and soul.

Your soul is waiting for you.

Your spirit is waiting for you within the temple.

So step into the temple now and go inside.

And I want you to notice firstly there are seven doors.

A red,

An orange,

A yellow,

A green,

A blue,

A violet and a white door.

These doors represent your chakras.

One by one we will go through the doors and spring clean.

But firstly I want you to see the staircase that's waiting in your temple.

That takes you to the top of the temple.

Takes you to the loft,

The attic.

This is where your subconscious mind is lurking.

So take your time and transcend the staircase.

Go up the staircase slowly.

And when you get to that top do you notice if there are any cobwebs or anything lurking in the attic,

In the loft,

In your mind?

A beautiful angel appears.

This angel is your ascension angel.

And she comes to be with you now to help you spring clean your mind.

So she gives you a feather duster and she has a feather duster also.

And she says to you there's no need to analyse.

Just cleanse,

Clear and let go.

So anything in there that you do not like,

The angel has a big bin and she invites you to place anything you no longer want in the bin.

So I'm just going to give you a few moments to go round your mind.

So now you've finished spring cleaning your subconscious mind.

So it's time now to let the angel take the rubbish.

So she's going to take you down the stairs and she's going to take the rubbish outside.

And she will take it to a recycling place and it will be transformed.

But you've let it go.

And now it's time to go into the doors,

Into the chakras.

So we're going to first go into the red door.

So go through the door.

And just notice what you sense,

See,

Feel or know.

And as you stand in this room,

Notice which way the energy is spinning.

And know that it's okay.

And I invite you now in your mind's eye to spin yourself within this room just like a child would spin.

Spinning on their tiptoes,

Spin with the room and allow the energy to be energised,

Cleansed.

As you spin in the room,

Your vibration is lifting,

Your own light is lifting this chakra,

Cleansing,

Clearing and aligning.

And as you leave the room,

You can open the door and keep the door open and allow the room to continue to spin and place a red angel within this room.

And they will continue to work on this chakra for you.

Now it's time to go into the vibrant orange room which represents your sacral.

As you step into this room through the door,

We will have the same process.

But this time you might just want to dance,

Dance in this room in your mind.

Dancing,

Jumping.

This connects you with your sacral chakra.

This connects you with your sacral chakra.

And see the room beginning to spin.

Notice how joyous it feels to bring this energy into this chakra.

And before you leave,

An orange angel now steps into this chakra and continues to work on your behalf.

So for all that you've removed,

The angels will be placing in beautiful,

Transformational light and love.

So next we go through the yellow door into the solar plexus.

And here I want you to shine your light.

Be the powerful being that you are.

The empress,

The emperor,

The ruler of your life and allow your light to shine.

And shine.

Notice the room spinning.

Know that you have activated this chakra and you are now inviting the golden yellow angel to come in and continue cleansing,

Clearing,

Aligning,

Transforming as you leave this door open also.

Next is the green room,

The green door.

As you walk through this door,

You notice a sense of balance,

A sense of love and calm.

Now in this room,

I invite you to open your heart.

Open your heart and allow that love to flow into every corner of the room.

Every corner is filled with your love.

Open your heart.

Notice now how the room begins to spin.

How uplifted it feels.

As you leave the room,

A green,

Emerald green angel from Raphael,

Archangel Raphael is sent into this room to continue your work.

So now it's time to go into the next room.

Notice the shade of this blue.

It might be sapphire.

It might be sky blue,

Baby blue.

Notice the door and go through.

And in this room,

I invite you to sing,

To hum,

To laugh.

Vocalize in this room.

Express your own perfection.

Affirm,

I am free.

I am free to express my own perfection.

And notice how the room spins.

And as you leave this peaceful haven,

A beautiful blue angel sent from Archangel Mikael steps into the room and they will make sure that this chakra is cleansed,

Cleared,

Aligned and transformed and filled with divine light.

Now we step into the violet door.

Maybe you can notice the shade of violet.

Is it a light shade like a bluebell or is it richer?

Is it more purple?

Is it deep violet?

Notice the shade of your door and as you step in here,

You are sending out light from your third eye.

This represents your third eye and you are sending out golden light into this room.

Golden light of abundance,

Of truth,

Seeing with the eyes of love.

Love.

Allow this room to spin.

Notice if you see anything in this room that you need to remember.

If not,

Know that you have done the process.

You've started the process and a violet angel steps in to the room to be with you,

To carry on,

To continue the transformational work.

As you leave this room,

You're now ready to enter the white door,

Into the white room.

And here I invite you to send from your heart,

Your love,

Your light up and out through your crown into this room,

Out through the roof of this room,

Connecting to your highest self,

Connecting to all that is within the within and beyond the beyond.

Notice,

Sense,

See,

Feel or know your own divinity,

Your clarity,

Your intuition,

Your wisdom.

And as the room begins to spin,

You know you have begun the process and the beautiful white angel steps into the room and continues.

Once more,

You are now met by your ascension angel and your ascension angel invites you to look around the grounds of your temple.

For the grounds of your temple represent your auric field.

So as you leave your temple with the doors open,

I want you to walk around the garden of your temple.

Does there need to be any pruning?

Are there any bushes,

Trees or weeds that need to be removed?

If so,

The ascension angel has handed you some gardening tools and is inviting you to tend your garden,

To clear your garden.

So I'm going to leave you for a few moments.

You have been blessed.

And as you leave the temple and close the temple door,

I want you to look up and see that there is a beautiful rainbow over your temple.

This is a sign of hope.

This is a sign that good things are coming.

So now it's time to walk back through the orchard and notice the trees now.

Are they still in blossom or are they bearing fruit?

The very end of your orchard,

There is an old oak tree and I invite you now to put your arms around the old oak tree.

Feel your feet connecting to Mother Earth.

Feel your feet sinking into the earth.

You are grounded.

You are protected.

You are loved.

You are balanced.

You are perfect.

You are whole.

Give thanks to the tree for grounding you and in your own time,

If you wish to come back,

Then you can.

Open your eyes gently but if you wish to go into a deep sleep,

Then ignore my voice and ignore the ending bell.
