Through gentle breathing and soft awareness, you'll be guided to set down what you've been holding, even briefly. Not to find answers or fix anything — just to remind your body that it's allowed to rest, even when life hasn't settled yet. Come back to this as often as you need. Hard seasons pass more gently when you give yourself somewhere quiet to land.
