Let's take the next few moments to really relax,
To let go of as many tensions or concerns as you can as you focus back into your body,
How you're feeling in your body,
Relaxing the muscles of your body through your neck and shoulders.
Perhaps allowing your eyes to close,
The lids to feel soft and gentle.
Breathing in now,
And breathing out any concerns or tensions,
Breathing those out with the out-breath taking slow gentle breaths in and out.
Breathing in and out,
Relaxing with each out-breath,
A little more relaxing.
Withdrawing from your normal thoughts or worries or concerns,
Just watching your thoughts come and go.
Any feelings of tension or worry,
Just breathing that out,
Letting go now for just a few minutes,
Letting go as much as you can.
Thoughts and feelings can come and go,
Again focusing back into your body,
Allowing yourself to relax back into your body for a moment or two.
Just breathing in and breathing out any concerns or tensions.
Breathing calmness and inviting peacefulness into this moment,
Inviting a calm,
Gentle,
Peaceful feeling,
Breathing in and breathing out.
Letting go a little more and more,
Not yearning or regretting the past.
Whatever has happened has gone now,
The past has gone.
Ah,
Sighing out.
Not yearning or being anxious for the future.
The future is not here yet.
Trusting now.
Bringing in feelings,
Calmness and peace in this present moment,
Now.
Feeling and relaxing now.
