In your mind's eye,

Visualize a beautiful white light radiating through the crown of your head into your heart center.

This white light is your inner light,

Your inner essence.

No matter what is going on in your life right now,

It is still there.

It is shining bright for you and infusing you with its support and protection.

As you become aware of this light,

As you see it glowing there in your heart center,

It starts to become bigger.

Visualize it becoming bigger.

Visualize it to expand more of your chest area.

See it growing to a place where it wants to infuse deeper within you.

See it forming an orb of protection around your arms and your belly.

It's growing now and covering your neck,

Moving downwards to cover your legs and suddenly this orb of life from your heart center now infuses and surrounds your whole body like you were sitting in a bubble of beautiful protection.

Visualize that in your mind's eye.

Feel it.

Know that it's there.

Know that you are filled with and surrounded in this beautiful white light.

This white light heals you.

This white light protects you.

This white light restores you.

Repeat to yourself now.

I am healed.

I am protected.

I am restored.

I am healed.

I am protected.

I am restored.

I am healed.

I am protected.

I am restored.

With healing yourself,

You can then heal others.

Know that this white light is with you always and there it is to keep you safe,

To keep you aligned with the light that you are and to wash away any fears or anxieties that may be troubling you.

This white light is your protection,

Your guidance and your armor.

It is there for you.

Stay with the brightness of the light for as long as you'd like or if you choose,

Bring your awareness back into your body and back into the room.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes and when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Take a gentle stretch with the arms overhead to bring vitality and energy back to the body.

Keep the image of the white light within you as you venture through your day or settle in for sleep.

I know that it is always accessible to you.

It is there for you.

You can tap into it anytime you need,

Even on the go.

Be open and receptive and take in the awareness for this light is yours.

This light is you.
