Welcome to a few minutes of relax.
It's coming into a sense of being,
Not doing.
So even now just starting to feel into that,
Just being here.
Feeling the sense of your body in the chair or if you're lying down just making contact with the surface underneath you.
Allowing the chair or the surface to just support your weight,
Support your body.
Easing back,
Letting go.
Allowing yourself to be here in this moment.
There's no need to try and do anything.
We are already doing it.
This being here.
The body just taking this breath.
This body sitting or lying here in this moment.
Just for now,
There's nowhere to go,
Nothing to do.
But just sitting or lying right here.
Engaging with the sense of being present.
Not trying to get ahead,
Not lost in the past.
Just engaging and coming alive right here.
Taking a few deep breaths.
Breathing in,
Knowing you're breathing in and breathing out.
Knowing that you're breathing out.
Present,
Engaged,
Alive.
Being here now with each in-breath and each out-breath.
Relax by just being here.
There's no need to try,
There's no need to do anything different.
Feeling the body in the chair or the surface underneath you.
Feeling each breath as it goes in and out.
Feeling into the kindness of allowing yourself to pause.
Giving yourself a chance to relax.
Not feeling like there was anything to do or achieve but simply being here.
Just this moment,
Just this body,
Just the way things are.
Relaxing into being.
