Settling into a comfortable and relaxed position.
And start to bring your awareness to your body.
Observe where your body connects with something can you feel the sensations of your body?
Perhaps the feet to the ground the bottom to the chair or cushion arms on your legs and perhaps the hands are touching each other can you feel any sensations of your body?
Perhaps you can feel the touch of your clothing to your skin observe where your body feels the sensation of touch as you notice this connection with your own body is there a part where you can see the beauty of your own body?
Is there a part of your body where there is more ease?
Some softness?
Or a part of the body that is perhaps more open?
Can you notice this connection with your own body?
Noticing some parts of the body,
The beauty in those parts can you feel sense?
Can you know where your heart sits?
Can you feel its beat?
Its rhythm?
Can you imagine or be with the movement of your heart?
Not judgement,
Simply being with it holding your heart gently and with great care can you sense,
Feel the movement of your breath?
The movement of your breath?
Without judgement?
Can you be with the breath?
Holding the breath gently and with great care noticing the natural flow of the breath and as we be here together sensing our hearts and our breath as best we can sensing them together feeling the heart and the breath here together creating a circle of connection and caring the movement and flow of each of our own hearts and breath feeling beyond any perceived distance between us beyond anything that keeps us distant or separate here with our hearts beating and our breath flowing connecting us with a shared awakening of our innermost potential the movements of our hearts,
The flow of our breath is what keeps us connected the movement of our breath is what keeps us connected the movement of our breath is what keeps us connected
