Where our attention goes our energy flows. During this guided meditation we direct attention to, and hence balance, our Stomach and Spleen meridians, which correlate to the Earth Element in ancient Taoism. This is helpful during Late Summer when these meridians are considered more vulnerable. It is also helpful if you are experiencing signs of Earth imbalance such as - digestive issues; weakness and lethargy; irregular body rhythms and cycles; feeling ungrounded and flighty; feelings of worry, low self-esteem, and anxiety.
