A soothing practice for moments when you feel unsure of yourself, disconnected, or in need of reassurance. Let these words remind you that you are already enough, not because of what you do, but because of who you are. A gentle, yet empowering journey home to your true self.

Welcome,

And thank you for being here.

This meditation is a gentle journey inward,

A reminder of your inherent worth,

Your quiet strength and the truth that you are already enough.

If you've been feeling unsure of yourself,

Overwhelmed by self-doubt or simply needing reassurance and kindness,

Then this space is for you.

Together we'll soften the noise of old stories,

Reconnect with your inner truth and remind your whole body and your heart of your worthiness.

So allow yourself to settle,

And just breathe here and feel supported as we begin.

So when you're ready and you feel comfortable,

I invite you to find that comfortable space,

Whether that's seated,

In a chair,

Or perhaps cross-legged on the floor,

Or maybe even lying down,

Whatever feels best for you.

Once you're in this comfortable position,

I invite you to gently close your eyes if it feels safe and comfortable for you,

Or gently soften your gaze to an object or a point in the room that you're in,

And let your breath soften and let the truth settle in.

You don't need to do anything or achieve anything right now.

You do not need to be anybody else,

And you are enough exactly as you are in this moment.

And we'll just feel the warmth of your breath.

Notice your chest rising and falling with each inhale and exhale,

Just allowing our bodies to soften,

Allowing your nervous system to settle a little.

You are safe here.

You may have old stories or moments from your past that sometimes say that you're not enough.

Stories that you never chose,

But you somehow learned to carry.

And with your breath,

At its natural rhythm,

With each exhale,

Imagine placing each one of these stories down on the floor.

You do not have to hold them,

And they were never yours to keep.

I invite you to place a hand over your heart,

Connect with the quiet,

Steady presence beneath your palm,

And feel the truth of your worth.

It's unchanging,

Untouched by mistakes,

Untouched by productivity,

Untouched by expectations.

And you may wish to repeat these out loud,

Or repeat them in your mind.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

I am allowed to take up space.

Imagine a warm light inside your heart space,

Growing brighter with each one of those affirmations.

A light that represents your true value,

Your inherent goodness,

And your quiet strength.

And let this radiant light,

Let it fill your whole chest,

Your whole body,

Your whole field.

The light feels supportive,

Caring,

And safe.

Watch its glow as it cradles your whole body,

All the way from your toes,

All the way to the crown of your head.

See yourself standing taller inside this dazzling light,

Your heart open,

Your voice steady,

Your presence soft but powerful.

You are not becoming enough,

You are remembering that you already are.

Bringing your awareness back to your breath,

I'd like us to take three deep but gentle breaths in together.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

And just pausing when you get to the top.

And exhaling all of that out through your mouth with a sigh.

Another deep breath in through your nose,

And holding at the top.

And exhaling through your mouth with another sigh.

One more deep but gentle breath in through your nose,

Holding for an extra sip of air,

And releasing,

Letting go with the sigh out through your mouth.

And then allowing your breath to return to its natural rhythm.

I'd love for you to carry this truth with you,

That your worth is inherent,

Unshakable,

And already whole.

When you feel ready,

And comfortable,

You can gently open your eyes,

Or bring your gaze and awareness back to the room you're in.

Bringing some gentle movement back to your body,

There's no rush here.

And I hope you have a lovely rest of your day,

Or evening,

Ahead.

Oh my, Francesca. That was *remarkably* good. Like, perfect in every aspect. I mean that. You’ve obviously leveled up your productions and chops! This track for me is definitely one of your strongest offerings to date (next to the “Warm Blanket” exercise). And that’s saying quite a bit. The backing music was optimal. Excellently suited. The content? totally, thoroughly, mind-shiftingly amazing. You have spun for us so many golden, shimmering, thoughtful, and deeply wise turns of phrase. (“You’re not •becoming• enough; you’re remembering that you already •are• enough…”). And so impactful and effective, this was. Rather than envisioning putting down boxes of “old stories,” I suddenly imagined each noisy episode as a dusty vinyl record from yesteryear…warped, heavily worn and scratched, and defintely no longer of use or value, made by some disreputable entity long ago. Thanks to your gentle guidance, I saw myself tossing each of them, one by one, right into a plastic smelter of sorts, reducing each disc with intense heat to their original compounds—a rich, shiny, viscous black fluid that drained into a trough—ready to be formed, pressed and etched with a fresh, new story—one of my •own• making. Now, how about that…! ☺️🙏🏼
