Meghan is a dedicated student and teacher of yoga, who integrates eastern practices into western culture. She has been practicing yoga since she was fourteen and teaching asana, meditation, breathwork and kriya for the past seven years. Following a year of living, studying and teaching at an ashram in northern India, Meghan returned to the States to share these transformational practices with all walks of life. She is also a passionate Vedic Astrologer and offers readings as a means to alleviate suffering and increase joy.

I was truly moved through this experience. I would have give 5 stars but then end felt so abrupt, and loud it pulled totally out of the sleep zone I really needed. On second thought I gave it 5 stars anyways. Really lovely but maybe play back thr very end for yourself. Thank you š āØš±

Beautiful guidance, beautiful music, and great sounds quality. The chakras were different colors and different places in the body than I had learned, but the guidance was great. Wonderful track. I will listen often.
