Understanding the science behind anxiety and how and why it manifests in the body is necessary in order to be able to successfully manage it. In this lesson, we talk about anxiety and the nervous system. Where anxiety comes from, and how to identify your triggers. We'll do a short breathwork exercise and meditation at the end of the lesson to that is helpful for easing anxiety.

Learning How To Breathe
In this lesson, we'll discuss the importance of the breath in relation to anxiety. I'll go over the benefits of breathwork, the concept of mindfulness, and finding power in the pause. I'll teach you a few breathing techniques that are very useful for managing anxiety.

The Secret To Happiness
In this lesson, we'll discuss how meditation can unlock the secret to happiness. We'll cover the basics of meditation, how to meditate, the misconceptions of meditation, and the many benefits of the practice.
Leçon 5
Leaning Into And Moving Through Anxiety
In our last session, we'll discuss identifying your anxiety triggers, and how to move through feelings of anxiety. I share some helpful affirmations and concepts like the rule of opposites that can help reduce anxiety. We'll close with a simple and short yoga flow that I like to do when I'm feeling anxious.
