Leçon 1
Truth, Love, Beauty: The Pinnacle Of Our Human Experience!
Our human experience comprises perceptions (sights, sounds, tastes, textures, smells, thoughts, images) and sensations (including feelings).
Written or spoken language is a bunch of sounds strung together by "meaning". This exploration starts here "Where does the meaning come from?"
Whatever is truly important in our lives is intangible - love, beauty, truth, joy, happiness. This exploration points to seeing our "spiritual" experience covered by "human" experience!
Leçon 2
Meditation: What Is Your Relationship With Truth?
This meditation explores our relationship with truth - experientially by asking the question: What do we do when we hear/see/read/think the truth?
There are different layers of Truth - the Truth about our actions and events, the Truth about our thinking, and the Truth about who we are. In order to reach the last one, we have to become more and more transparent with the truth about our actions and events.
This meditation is designed to provoke us by zooming in on our relationship with Truth. Do we embrace it and own it? Or do we justify, defend, and fight it?
Can we handle the truth about our actions and events?
If not how can we reach the subtler states of truth viz. truth about our thinking and ourselves?
Leçon 3
Meditation: What Is Your Relationship With Love?
This is a deep-dive meditation into how Love is what we all desire and we end up shielding ourselves from it. Not love of people or things but love of life.
This exploration explores how Fear and Love run our life; fear more than love. And how life is not something to be afraid of. If we are afraid of life; then what can give us respite?
We meditate on all these varieties of questions to find a way thru the dense forest into a meadow of trust and love.
Leçon 4
Meditation: What Is Your Relationship With Beauty?
Beauty is what makes the human experience one of a kind! It is one of the peak experiences we can have as a human being. This contemplation explores our relationship with this.
The experience of Beauty can be precipitated through any of our senses viz. by food we eat, or music we hear or the sights we see or a fragrance we smell or something we touch. We often mistake the experience of beauty with the object but beauty lies with us: in our openness, in our presence.
This meditation is a contemplative exploration of our relationship with Beauty and how this can be something that can be easily be feared or resisted.
Please join us on this beautiful journey about our relationship with Beauty!
