Leçon 1
How Much Of Me Is Truly Myself?
Each day we move through hundreds of moments — choosing, reacting, creating reality.
Since childhood, we’ve carried ideas about who we are and how we should feel, shaped by interacting with the world around us.
But when those ideas harden into patterns, all too often, we stop responding to life as living beings — we repeat instead of create.
Through chakra work, we can begin to soften the patterns again.
We rediscover clarity, spontaneity, and the courage to live directly from the heart.
Leçon 2
The Dance Between The Aura And The Chakras
The chakras were once seen only as blockages — as knots in the flow of life.
Today, we understand them as bridges between body, psyche, and spirit.
The aura, on the other hand, holds memories, emotions, the echoes of the collective, possibly even past-life content.
Through your chakras, these subtle patterns become lived experience. In this practice, we learn to meet them, to listen how they are doing, to start releasing what no longer carries truth.
Leçon 3
The Throat
In The Seven-Chakra System
The throat chakra is where heaven and earth meet in sound - physically - and energetic resonance - spiritually.
Here, thought becomes vibration — and vibration becomes life. In this session, we will discuss how to find out which of your chakras need most attention, and how they connect to the manifestation power inherent in the throat - the fifth center in the seven-chakra system that we're using in this course.
Through guided meditation, you will align your central channel and its main chakras,
balancing your being through visualization and affirmation.
Leçon 4
Releasing The Wounds That Speak Through Us
When our lower chakras carry pain — fear, shame, or loss of trust —
our voice tightens, our truth hides.
We hesitate to show ourselves, to step forward.
This session helps you identify some common old beliefs and meet those hidden places with compassion,
so your voice can rise unburdened,
and your self-expression becomes an act of freedom.
Leçon 5
The Solar Fire Of Freedom
All creation begins in the solar plexus — the sun within.
It burns with willpower, courage, and the strength to act. Together with the throat chakra, it forms a living bridge:
the inner fire that gives voice to a vision that is truly independent from someone else's truths or narratives of fear imposed from the outside.
Here, you learn to claim your co-creative power,
to take full responsibility for your energy,
and to stand in your own radiance with clarity and purpose.
Leçon 6
Allowing Yourself To Be Fully You
Vishuddha, the Sanskrit name of the throat chakra, means “the pure one.”
It relates to communication and the realization of our highest potential.
At its heart, it invites us to let our light shine — and to allow others to shine as well.
Language, song, and sound all live here - but before all others: permission. We’ll explore how to open into mutual respect, inspiration, and authenticity — speaking and acting with balance and confidence. In order to do this, we use the tool of non-judgmental awareness. This session's meditation is a mantra practice using the throat chakra's tantric seed syllable, HAM.
Leçon 7
The Art Of Non-Judgment
Freedom begins when we stop criticising or shaming ourselves for being who we are.
When the inner critic quiets,
clarity and kindness rise.
In this session, you’ll practice seeing without judging,
speaking without defense,
and receiving others with gratitude for their authenticity.
Leçon 8
The Sacred Yes And The Sacred No
A clear yes.
A clear no.
Two sides of the same truth.
When we fear saying no,
we lose the power of our yes.
In this practice, you’ll learn to speak both —
with love, with ease, without guilt.
And as you do,
you’ll find that others feel safer with you —
because they sense your honesty. And, after all, every no is also a yes to something else. This means, you are always saying yes —
the question is just, do you dare to make saying yes to yourself your first priority?
Leçon 9
Open Communication: From Guessing To Asking
Many of us were taught that love means mind-reading —
that a good partner or friend should just “know.”
But true connection is born from clarity.
When you know your own needs,
you can voice them gently.
When you dare to ask,
you open the door to understanding.
This is the shift from assumption to dialogue —
from tension to trust.
Leçon 10
Integration In The Heart: Manifesting Through Love
When we begin to speak and live our highest vision, resistance often appears — usually as reflections of our own doubts.
As we gain clarity and trust, these will normally dissolve.
Sometimes, they also point to what we must release to make room for something new.
The key to navigating these transitions with grace is grounding our thoughts and actions in the heart — in love, especially self-love.
In this final session, you’ll learn gentle ways to return again and again to your heart’s presence, carrying clarity and compassion into your life and expression. The closing meditation uses the mantra YAM, the tantric seed syllable for the heart.
