The Philosophy Of Living Yoga
Course 1 covers the Yamas and Niyamas of Yoga; the ethics of living yoga. Breaking down these sutras in order to understand how they relate to your meditation practice, and to you living a more mindful and tranquil daily life. The teaching of Saucha, cleanliness and order, is directly connected to Feng Shui. There is also a brief meditation practice as well as mindful breaths in this first lesson.
Leçon 2
Yoga Diet, Stress, And Other Obstacles To Meditation
In this course we delve into the Yoga Diet, the daily stresses that impact having a meditative mind in your day. Saucha is the Yoga Sutra or teaching that connects to Feng Shui and creating a clean, tidy living space in which you can thrive. Living in chaos breeds stress and anxiety.
