Leçon 1
Not Giving Up On Yourself
In our first lesson, students personalize what it means to give up on something. They learn what it can feel like when we give up on ourselves or others. Students learn how to deal with topics like trauma and toxicity. They also learn the importance of never giving up on oneself or the inherent goodness within all living things, and they ultimately learn how these beliefs set the foundation for a successful life.
Leçon 2
Taking The Next Right Action
In this lesson, students learn how to take right action. They learn to cultivate an understanding of what the word “action” truly means. They learn what to do when they become overwhelmed or burnt out. They begin to practice quieting their mind, relaxing their body, and breathing consciously. And they are introduced to additional beneficial practices such as journaling, being in nature, and being part of a support group or community, so that they can move forward with practical and beneficial tools to create a purposeful life.

Thanks for the course, Bryan!
I am facing couple of life challenges in the current period. The course affirmed ways where the universe/life messages me. I was confused about some sort of messages that I keep receiving, certain words that appear to me and keeps repeating. Words that are meaningful to me. I Wasn't sure that this is some kind of guidance. Your course affirmed to me that I am being guided to the next right action. Thanks for being the compass!...
