You'll be guided through a gentle somatic check in and calming breath awareness, inviting your nervous system to begin letting go of flight or fight. This is where your healing journey begins, with a body that feels safe.

Listen To Softening The Body's Defenses
Today we build on yesterdays foundation by exploring the subtle ways your body holds onto stress, tension, or emotional armour. Through soothing body based cues, gentle metaphor and compassionate awareness, you'll learn the language of your body, your nervous system and respond with calm supportive language it understands.

Working With The Protective Parts
We all have parts of us that want to stay safe by holding back, avoiding change, or bracing for danger, even when there's no real threat. In this session you will be guided to meet those protective parts with curiosity and kindness. Through voice guided self enquiry, we begin to shift from survival to trust.

Why We Hold Ourselves Back
Sometimes what looks like procrastination or self sabotage is actually a nervous system, trying to protect us from perceived danger. Today we explore how fear can pause our growth and keep us from doing what we truly want. Through guided reflection and somatic presence, you'll start rewriting your story from fear to safety, from stuck to softer momentum.
Leçon 5
Integrating Calm Into Everyday Life
This final session brings everything together, with a bit of fun at the end. You'll be guided through a calming visualisation and offered practical nervous system tools to carry into your daily life. You'll leave this course with a deeper sense of self trust, safety and the knowing that your healing doesn't need to be forced, it just needs to be allowed to feel.
