Leçon 1
What Is An Empath?
In this first lesson, you'll learn what it truly means to be an empath. We’ll explore common signs of energetic sensitivity, how it may be showing up in your life, and why so many empaths feel overwhelmed or burned out. I share my personal story of burnout and introduce a new perspective on energy protection, one that focuses on strengthening your own energy field rather than shielding yourself from the world.
Leçon 2
Protecting Your Energy In Everyday Life
In this lesson, you’ll learn practical and gentle tools to protect your energy in daily life without needing to hide or put up a shield. Through grounding, resetting your attention, and small rituals, you’ll discover how to stay connected to yourself even in overwhelming environments. These practices are designed to help you feel safe, present, and strong in your sensitivity.
Leçon 3
Expand Your Field (Guided Meditation)
Discover your heart’s role as your most powerful energetic protector. Through the science of heart coherence and a guided breathing practice, you’ll learn how to strengthen your energetic field so that your energy is less affected by others. Think of a small flame vs a strong fire. A small flame is easily snuffed out by a small wind, whereas a strong fire continues to burn despite strong winds. This is a practice you can return to any time you feel overwhelmed or drained.
Leçon 4
Clear Negative Energy (Shaking Somatic Practice)
This practice is for those moments when you’ve already taken on energy that isn’t yours, whether from a stressful conversation, the news, or the emotional weight of the world. Through somatic shaking and grounding practices, you’ll learn how to release what doesn’t belong to you and return your energy to your own center with clarity and calm.

Closing Advice
Let's reflect on the core teachings of the course and celebrate the unique strengths of being an empath. You’ll be reminded how to apply these practices in everyday life and encouraged to keep nourishing your energetic hygiene with care and consistency. This is a gentle invitation to honour your sensitivity not as a burden, but as a sacred superpower.
