This course is an invitation to open the spiritual heart and recognize that separation is an illusion. Together, we will explore the direct experience of the One Heart — the collective Mother of all beings — embracing both what we call “self” and what we call “other.”
Through guided reflection and embodied practices, we will explore welcoming and forgiveness as essential pathways of transformation and healing. As we come to understand that “self” and “other” arise interdependently, the polarity between them begins to soften. From this realization, forgiveness unfolds naturally — like a tree blossoming in spring.
We will gently explore the full spectrum of human experience: immense joy and deep anguish. You will learn how a broken heart, when held in true love and wisdom, can become an even more radiant open heart — one capable of dancing gracefully with life’s many polarities.
Life is constant movement — birth and death, appearance and disappearance. Through awareness of breath, body, and inner transformation, we will discover how this continuous flow makes healing possible. Just as the inhalation dissolves into the exhalation, and the cells of the body are constantly renewed, we too are invited into ongoing renewal.
This course offers a space for deepening presence, expanding compassion, and embodying the living wisdom of an open heart.
Rosemary Meran is a mother, a clinical hypnotherapist, a doula, and a poet. She founded Soul Connections to walk beside women through the most profound thresholds of early motherhood: conception and birth.
Her training is in Clinical Transpersonal and Interpersonal Hypnotherapy. Her roots are in classical yoga and classical tantric wisdom, in Ayurvedic tradition, in the devotional poetry that has held the divine feminine for centuries. The science and the sacred belong together and they always have.
She has supported births across countries and continents, in homes, hospitals, and birth centres, and she has witnessed what becomes possible when a woman's nervous system settles and her body remembers what it was made for.
The courses and meditations here are for women preparing to conceive and women preparing for birth. You will also find spoken word devotional poetry and practices rooted in classical yoga and tantra, offered as living wisdom that belongs to the body as deeply as it belongs to the soul. Everything here is generous and complete. Her voice sits beside you. You belong exactly as you are.
Rose is also developing the Sacred Conception Retreat in India for women preparing to conceive, The Birth Brain Method, a birth preparation programme combining self paced learning with live sessions, and a birth preparation retreat on Kauai....
Leçon 1
Open Heart
This meditation is a gentle and spacious invitation to rest in the heart as a place of presence, openness, and truth. Beyond the physical heart, we enter the spiritual heart—the field where all human experience is welcomed without resistance.
This practice is not about trying to feel better, but about being more open: to joy and sorrow, ease and vulnerability alike. From this openness, love reveals itself not merely as an emotion, but as a living wisdom capable of holding everything.
Leçon 2
Heart Layers
Inspired by the understanding of the heart as layered and multidimensional, this meditation gently guides us through the inner landscape of the heart. As we move through its layers, we may encounter memories, emotions, and protective patterns—along with deep reservoirs of softness and care.
Nothing is meant to be removed or fixed. Each layer is met with curiosity and compassion, recognizing that even our wounds have been shaped by love’s desire to protect.
By allowing the heart to reveal itself fully, we discover that a heart touched by pain can become even more radiant, resilient, and open to life.

Leçon 3
Heart Breath
In this meditation, the breath becomes a bridge between body and heart. Through gentle, conscious breathing, we allow the natural rhythm of inhalation and exhalation to teach us about surrender, renewal, and trust.
Each breath carries a quiet cycle of birth and release. As we breathe through the heart space, we learn to let go of what has completed its journey and to receive what is emerging with tenderness.
