In this lesson, you’ll discover how mindful breathing, gentle seated movements, and laughter yoga can help you feel more grounded, present, and uplifted. You’ll finish with time to reflect and write in your journal.

Deepening Awareness Through Sound And Sensation
In this lesson, you’ll explore mindfulness by tuning into the sounds around you and the sensations within your body. You’ll also practice laughter yoga to release tension, boost energy, and cultivate joy. Please have a notebook and pen ready for reflection and journaling at the end.

Mindful Moments: Letting Go & Deep Relaxation
In this lesson, we’ll focus on letting go—releasing tension in the body and mind, and using laughter to lighten stress. You’ll practice mindfulness to notice where tension resides, and laughter yoga to release it physically and emotionally. Have a notebook and pen ready for reflection and journaling.

In this final lesson, you’ll explore how mindfulness can help you notice and cultivate energy in the body, and how laughter yoga can boost vitality and joy. Together, we’ll close the series with practices that leave you feeling alive, awake, and deeply connected to your inner spark. Have a notebook ready for journaling after each practice.
