In this lesson, we will look at menopause and the common challenges that are experienced, we will get an introduction to the benefits mindfulness, yoga, and meditation can have during menopause and we will set an intention for the course.

Breath Awareness For Hormonal Balance
In this lesson, we will look at how a simple breathing exercise can help to balance hormones and calm the nervous system. I will guide you through a simple diaphragmatic breathing technique to reduce stress and promote relaxation.

Gentle Yoga For Menopausal Symptoms
In this lesson, we will go through a gentle yoga sequence that focuses on poses that help to alleviate some common menopausal symptoms, such as insomnia, joint pain, and fatigue. We will move mindfully and bring awareness to breath to enhance the mind-body connection.

Cultivating Emotional Resilience
In this lesson, we will learn to cultivate self-compassion, acceptance, and resilience in the face of change. By using meditation to to help us navigate emotional ups and downs with greater ease.
Leçon 5
Mindful Nutrition
In this lesson, we will look at mindful eating practices to support hormonal balance and overall wellbeing during menopause. Looking at hormone-balancing foods and using a mindful eating practice, that can help you to have a better relationship with food and make better choices when eating.
Leçon 6
Relaxation And Sleep Support
In this lesson, we will use the practice of Yoga Nidra to help us to deeply relax and prepare us for a restful sleep. Having a calming evening routine that allows the body and mind to relax, is important in optimizing sleep hygiene during menopause.

Celebrate Your Menopausal Journey!
You have made it to Day 7 and now it is time to reflect on the insights gained and progress made throughout the course. Celebrate the strengths, wisdom, and resilience cultivated and think about your intentions continued self-care, and mindful living beyond the course.
