In this lesson, we will look at mindful eating practices to support hormonal balance and overall wellbeing during menopause. Looking at hormone-balancing foods and using a mindful eating practice, that can help you to have a better relationship with food and make better choices when eating.

Relaxation And Sleep Support
In this lesson, we will use the practice of Yoga Nidra to help us to deeply relax and prepare us for a restful sleep.
Having a calming evening routine that allows the body and mind to relax, is important in optimizing sleep hygiene during menopause.

You have made it to Day 7 and now it is time to reflect on the insights gained and progress made throughout the course. Celebrate the strengths, wisdom, and resilience cultivated and think about your intentions continued self-care, and mindful living beyond the course.
