Leçon 1
Introduction
We start the course with an introduction from your teacher The Wong Janice where you will learn where the inspiration for this course comes from, about the course themes, who this course is for and what you can expect to get out of the course. You will then have a moment to get your writing materials ready. Once you have done this, you are ready to dive straight into the opening guided meditation. Go directly to Lesson 2. Please note that all lessons have a length of around 15 minutes, which is designed to let you fully sink into the journaling prompts and embrace each theme.

Opening Meditation
Before we get into the journaling, The Wong Janice will lead you through a short guided meditation to get yourself in the right frame of mind, as this course is not something you should do on a whim. Take a moment to find a quiet and comfortable spot to either sit or lie down. Please close your eyes during the meditation. By closing your eyes you make a commitment to being here, to filter out distractions, and channelling your energy to this space, with The Wong Janice as your guide to bring you deeper and in a clear headspace for the course.

The Past Year: Highlights
In this lesson you will write down your past year’s memorable moments & highlights, focusing on each of the 8 Wheel Of Life categories. The duration of the piece is between 10-15 minutes. By the end of the lesson, you will feel a sense of appreciation for life, as you remember all the things that stood out to you. The Past Year: Successes
In this lesson you will reflect on any goals that you managed to reach in the past year, anything you can be proud of, any progress you made, and perhaps any unexpected turns and how you handled those. The Past Year: Challenges
In this lesson you will reflect on any difficult situations that you had to encounter in the past year, challenging situations, conflicts, anything you didn’t manage to accomplish, setbacks or any blockages. In this lesson you will start part two of the course, focusing on the year ahead, starting with which life you’d like to attract, your inner transformation goals, deepest desires or biggest dreams. In this lesson you will assess those desires from the previous lesson and move towards discipline by writing down and committing to actionable steps. Last Reflections
In the final lesson of this course, you will have the chance to reflect on the whole course. Was it helpful? Do you feel more acceptance of the year that passed, and more confidence in the year ahead? What do you feel about journaling with cello music? Once you have completed the course from start to end, you are welcome to repeat the whole course again next year, or perhaps repeat the second half of the course as a ‘mid-year check-in’, or simply select any individual lessons that were helpful for you that you would like to repeat.
