Ce que vous apprendrez
A Simple 7-Day Meditation Course for People Who Think “I’m bad at meditating." Have you heard of meditation… But it felt overwhelming to even start? Have you tried it before… But couldn’t stick to it for more than a few days? Or are you simply curious? And looking for a simple, practical way to begin, without chanting, apps yelling at you, or feeling like you’re doing it wrong? If any of that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place. Why this course exists: This course is my attempt to strip meditation down to its essence. Not the mystical version. Not the “clear your mind forever” version. But the version that actually fits into a real human life. I’ve been teaching meditation for the last 4 years, and I noticed something important Most people don’t fail at meditation because they lack discipline. They fail because they were taught it in a way that didn’t make sense for them. This course is designed to make meditation feel as natural as brushing your teeth. You know that feeling when you leave the house in a rush and forget to brush your teeth? Nothing catastrophic happens, but something feels off. You carry that discomfort with you all day. That’s what meditation feels like for me now. On days I don’t meditate in the morning, I notice it. And I usually end up doing a quick 5-minute meditation somewhere because it brings me back to myself. I hope that, by the end of these 7 days, meditation starts to feel a little bit like that for you, too. What you’ll actually learn in these 7 days - This isn’t about mastering one “perfect” technique. You’ll learn 3 different meditation techniques: All based on the same core principles All effective Each has a slightly different flavor Why? Because people are different. Instead of forcing yourself into one method, you get to choose what works for you—which makes sticking to meditation far more realistic. Over the 7 days, you will: Build a 7-day meditation habit without forcing or pressure Learn how to continue practicing sustainably afterward Understand why you want to meditate in the first place—the part that actually keeps you going when motivation drops Debunk 7 common meditation myths that quietly sabotage beginners “But what if I’m doing it wrong?” This is one of the biggest fears beginners have. This course is especially designed for: People who never meditated before People who tried and “failed.” People who feel awkward, restless, distracted, or impatient when they sit down It might feel uncomfortable or strange at first. That’s not a sign you’re bad at meditation; it's part of the process. If you stay with the course for the full 7 days, most people notice that something has shifted, even if they can’t fully explain what it is yet. And that’s enough. What meditation can be used for (and what it doesn’t promise) Meditation is not a magic fix. It can be used for: Relaxation and nervous system regulation Personal development and emotional clarity Reconnecting with yourself during challenging times For some, it even becomes a path toward deeper insight or enlightenment For me, it’s a foundational tool, one I teach all my coaching clients because it helps them come back to their center again and again. One important tip before you start: Go into this course open-minded and curious. Not trying to achieve something. Not trying to calm your mind perfectly. Not trying to become someone else. Just curious. You’ll likely find exactly what you need. If part of you wants: a simple, grounded entry into meditation a routine you can actually stick to and a practice that supports you long-term, not just for a week I’d love to welcome you to Day 1 of the course.

Julian is a psychologist and your meditation guide for this course. Meditation didn’t click for him immediately either. Before it became a daily practice, he went through years of on-and-off meditating, mostly with apps. Sometimes it helped, sometimes it didn't, and often he questioned whether he was even “cut out” for it. For the past 7 years,...

Get Comfortable
Welcome to Day 1! You are one step ahead of most people right now. There is nothing you need to accomplish right now. The best thing you can do is to observe the whole experience. From reading this, listening to the audio, and experiencing what the meditation does to you. Try to keep out any judgment and evaluate at the end of the 7 days. Today is about setting the tone for the course. An intention of EXPLORATION, DISCOVERY, and CURIOSITY. If you keep this throughout the whole course, I am sure you will take a lot from this. Comment in the classroom for questions and to share experiences. I'll answer all questions personally.
Leçon 2
What Is Your Why?
This is personal. There is no good or bad reason for meditation. There is only yours. What is the benefit you wish to get from meditation, or the reason you are curious about it? Stupid, funny, serious... no matter what it is, let it be yours. An invitation: Use some time after the meditation today to write down your personal why and why now. Comment in the classroom for questions and to share experiences. I'll answer all questions personally.

Effects Of Deep Relaxation
Let's talk about stress. By now, it is probably the most overused word. And yet it might be the biggest area for your progress as well. Because before we can get into a deeply meditative state, we have to be able to concentrate, and in order to do that, we need to relax. Stress is the biggest barrier between us and the present moment. Today's audio has more information, but don't let that distract from the fact that the 10 minutes of meditation and learning to calm the mind are the most important part. Again, let your experience be yours and observe curiously what this is doing to you. Comment in the classroom for questions and to share experiences. I'll answer all questions personally.

Neuroscience And Parasympathetic Nervous System
Day 4: Your body will thank you. The effects of the meditative state are very obvious and measurable. Just like the seasons and the days, our bodies work in cycles. If we only know the stress state and don't give our body a break, it will break. You can see that with sleep, the built-in cycle in our days. Now you can get familiar with your body because a healthy and happy body helps with a calm and happy mind. You might even get smarter ;) It's all connected. Comment in the classroom for questions and to share experiences. I'll answer all questions personally.

Dealing With Emotions
Emotions can be intense during meditation. Something unexpected might come back into your mind. Today is all about navigating how to guide your mind wisely and how to deal with unexpected physical sensations or emotions. The guidance stays the same. Another reminder, if you can stay open-minded and curious about everything that is happening, that will change the whole experience. Anything that will happen in your mind shall pass too. Without you having to do anything. Just don't resist the experience.
Leçon 6
Enjoy It And Make It Stick
Make it yours. Make it feel great. Make it easy to continue. Today, take some time again to decide how you would like to meditate. There are some guidelines for optimal effects, but the best meditation is the one you do. If you have a routine going, then you can see further. I can only highly recommend writing down your decision for clarity reasons and as a reminder for yourself. Also, mantra meditation can feel uncomfortable in the beginning. Don't let yourself be discouraged by that. It's actually your mind learning new things. It can be tough first. Comment in the classroom for questions and to share experiences. I'll answer all questions personally.

The Secret To Keep Going
Before, I mentioned how great meditation is. However, it can feel boring, useless, or even uncomfortable. That's all part of it. The best thing you can do with it is bring awareness and compassion to yourself. Meditation can be a practice ground for life's situations, where you need to deal with them, too. Now you have managed to meditate for 7 days. How does your journey continue? For questions, you can always message me, and if you feel the urge for deeper transformation, you can also get a free clarity call. Only for the people who have finished this course. Just get in contact through the link to my website and message me the question you have, or let me know that you just finished this course. Keep up the mediation practice and revise the course if you want. I wish you all the best on your journey! Comment in the classroom for questions and to share experiences. I'll answer all questions personally.
