In this lesson we look at what resilience is and how to build this essential wellbeing skill that allows us to cope with stress more effectively and bounce back from challenges.
We look at four ways to build hardcore resilience, namely positive thinking , cognitive reframing, growth mindset and healthy lifestyle choices. You are invited to choose the one that most resonates with you to focus on initially.

Burnout Prevention - Recognising the early signs
In this lesson we will learn how to how to recognise the early emotional, physical and behavioural signs of burnout, and how to take take proactive steps to prevent it progressing. After identifying where you are on the blossom to burnout score you will be invited to seek support, set boundaries and practise self care or to choose which of these strategies most resonates with you right now.

Creating A Sustainable Stress Management Plan
The key steps in building a personal and sustainable stress management plan include: Identifying your personal stressors, selecting your preferred stress management techniques, setting realistic goals and bringing flexibility and self compassion into your daily practise. No one size fits all, and nothing set in stone. Rather the fundation for strong wellbeing isa series of small steps taken with oodles of self compassion.
