I began my career in the healing arts over 15 years ago, first as a Nurse & then Nurse Practitioner. I witnessed the negative toll of stress on both myself & my patients, which sparked my quest for more holistic healing practices. This led me to train as a Yoga Teacher, become a Reiki Master Teacher & Sound Healer. I am so excited to share the information I have learned with you!

I wasn’t sure if this course at first — the first episode was informative to the point of being clinical. I’m and insomniac, not a pre-med student. But the second episode nailed it. One of the best yoga nidra seq7e cues I’ve had occasion to experience. So thank you!
