This short course has been designed to be flexible, it can be completed over 5 days or you can choose to lengthen or shorten the time to complete, whatever fits best with your lifestyle. The course is a great starting point for your journey. I’ll be sharing practical techniques that you can start using immediately in your day to day life and begin to notice some of the many benefits of Mindfulness. Each session includes a different guided Meditation practice as well as some Mindfulness theory where we’ll explore what Mindfulness is, how to step out of Autopilot, ways to respond more skilfully when faced with stressful situations and much more. This will support you in getting the most from the course. The sessions are under 20 minutes and I’m looking forward to welcoming you!
Sarah is a Breathworks accredited Mindfulness Teacher & Coach. Beginning her career in Learning & Development working in corporates, she is an experienced and highly regarded facilitator and coach. Introduction To Mindfulness Session Two
Hello and welcome back to our second session of Introduction to Mindfulness. In this session I’ll share how we can begin to spot habitual patterns of the mind when faced with a stressful situation and how we can choose to respond rather than react. I’ll also introduce the concept of ‘anchors’ as a helpful way to train the mind.

Hello and welcome back to our third & final session of Introduction to Mindfulness. In this session I’ll share some helpful & practical ways we can work with uncomfortable and unwelcome experiences and how we can practice acceptance as a pathway to real & lasting change.
