We will develop consistency in our meditation practice sustained on its four pillars: Posture, Gesture, Focus, Intention. We will do it lightly and objectively, deconstructing meditation as something easy or difficult, and mainly making evident its simplicity as a practice that anyone, under any circumstances, can introduce and explore in their life, highlighting the perspective “I Am Enough ”. In the final part of each episode, we will have a light meditation practice to flesh out the content of each of the pillars, making the meditation progressively more solid and supported as we progress through the classes. At the end of the course, students are expected to have acquired a more simplified and light perspective and relationship with the practice of meditation and be more supported and available to practice meditation by themselves. Gesture
In this class, we will highlight the gestures that we can or should adopt with our hands throughout our personal meditation practice, exploring it from a personal perspective and investigation. Enjoy your meditations, enjoy life with meditation!

Focus
In this class, we will explore the several meditative anchors to be predetermined and used during the personal meditation practice, embracing both endogenous and exogenous focuses. Enjoy your meditations, enjoy life with meditation!

Intention
