Loving Our Fears
Fear is often perceived as a hindrance even though its deeper purpose is to protect us. By acknowledging and understanding our fears and embracing them with compassion, we can develop a healthier relationship to them, thus restoring our confidence in navigating life's challenges.
On Day 1, you will be guided through a meditation to connect to the frightened parts of you, notice them in your body and give them the love and support they need.

Defining Our Fears
While avoiding our fear only buries it deeper, confronting our fear and defining it empowers us to make more conscious choices. Examining our worst-case scenarios closely can help us to alleviate anxiety and to strengthen our capacity to navigate life's challenges.
On Day 2, you’ll practice a visualisation to define one of your fears and move through it towards a more positive outcome.

Fear Of Not Having Enough
The fear of scarcity, deeply rooted in the human psyche, often leads to a constant desire for more and a pervasive sense of lack. By shifting our focus from scarcity to gratitude, we cultivate an inner attitude of abundance and appreciation for what life offers us.
On Day 3, you’ll practice a visualization to bring curiosity to areas where you experience a fear of scarcity and affirmations to transform it into a feeling of gratitude.

Fear Of Not Being Enough
Unwanted repetitive behaviors often stem from limiting beliefs deeply ingrained in our psyche. By approaching these beliefs with curiosity, we can liberate ourselves from their constraints and uncover a deeper understanding of ourselves.
On Day 4, you’ll engage in a self-inquiry meditation to bring awareness to your self-limiting beliefs and reconnect to the peace and happiness beyond them.

Fear Of The Unknown
Our fear often signals the threshold of our known territories, beyond which lie valuable opportunities for growth and wonderful experiences. By embracing fear and venturing out of our comfort zones, we unlock the potential for true magic to unfold in our lives.
On Day 5, you will be guided through a visualization to explore what lies beyond your fears, and reach the alive and vibrant territory of your magic zone.

Fear Of Rejection
Understanding that our fear of rejection is a natural part of our social instincts can help us to better understand ourselves in social settings. By acknowledging this fear without letting it constrain us, we grow our ability to create deeper connections, even amidst the risk of rejection.
On Day 6, you’ll practice a visualization to explore your fear of rejection, and affirmations to move beyond it towards more authenticity, courage and aliveness.
Leçon 7
Fear Of Pain
The fear of pain often exacerbates the pain itself. By practicing mindfulness meditation, we can learn to observe physical sensations without attachment, fostering equanimity and compassion for ourselves and others experiencing pain.
On Day 7, you’ll practice a body scan to observe sensations without attachment, and transform your relationship to pain.
Leçon 8
Fear Of Loss
The fear of losing loved ones can be overwhelming, but reacting to this fear can worsen the situation. By accepting our fear, making space for emotions, and embracing the impermanence of life, we can transform it into a source of gratitude for the precious gift of our relationships.
On Day 8, you’ll practice a visualization to acknowledge the impermanence of the people you love and cultivate gratitude for their presence in your life.
Leçon 9
Fear Of Death
The fear of death is a universal human experience that we often avoid, even though reflecting on our death allows us to clarify our values, cherish meaningful experiences, and guide us to live more authentically and fully.
On Day 9, you’ll be guided through a visualization to explore what you’ll feel at the end of your life and use this feeling to guide your life in the present.
Leçon 10
Course Recap
Facing our fears involves meeting them in both our bodies and minds, which allows us to shift from unconscious reactiveness to conscious choice and moves us gradually towards a more balanced and fulfilling life.
On the final meditation of this course, you’ll be practicing a visualisation to bring all these lessons together, and affirmations to integrate the ideas in this 10-day course.
