Leçon 1
Becoming Present!
The first step is to become present and available for receiving. In this contemplation, we
explore the mechanics of becoming present and pausing. This is done in a very gentle and
loving way without any force or discipline.
Leçon 2
Discarding Everything That is “Not-Me”
After we have become present and aware in the Now, we need to discard everything that is
“not-me.” The notions and images of who we think we are create a lot of unhappiness in our
lives. Once seen clearly, a major chunk of our suffering easily falls off.
Leçon 3
Creating Distance Between Me and Everything Around Me
Now that we have discarded everything that is not-me, we can start noticing the distance
between us and whatever is happening around us and within us.
Leçon 4
Feeling Loved and Supported!
As we create (or recognize) the distance between us and whatever is happening around us, we
can then start noticing and feeling how we are being supported and loved by everything that is
around and within us. When we feel this love, natural joy and quiet confidence of peace arise
within us.
This is an important recognition that is going to help us look at the world with very different
eyes.
Leçon 5
Sharing Love and Kindness!
Lastly, we take the love that we have found and sprinkle it around wherever we go and in
whatever we do. As we become self-reliant in terms of our own happiness, we become beacons
of sharing this joy and peace that we have found for ourselves in ourselves!
