Ce que vous apprendrez
This is a course to awaken discernment to truth which has the power to anihilate suffering, stress and struggle at the root. Every sentient being has a deep underlying longing for consistent happiness and to eliminate struggle and suffering. This course makes it apparent that there is a narrator speaking but also, at the same time, listening. So it offers the opportunity to identify when it is the mind or narrator speaking vs. you listening instead of identifying with the things the narrator is saying. This is for people under a lot of stress or even someone experiencing a burnout in their lives. It awakens the discernment between identifying mind vs. identifying "with mind." It might not seem very significant, but the difference is huge. It has the capacity to dissolve the need to solve or try to satisfy any, and especially, the deep desire for continuous happiness and contentment. Be happy regardless the circumstances. This shared yearning to eliminate suffering and chase pleasure or happiness merges and governs actions, thoughts and conditioned beliefs. All working towards the goal or desire to be fulfilled. This course offers a correction in the deeply rooted misunderstanding that it is content of the story that can solve it. It shares the tools for you to unroot suffering and struggle which ultimately leads to peace in the discomfort. Why is this course not focusing on healing? When we are narrowly focused on healing, we are programming the content and awareness to look for things that are ‘wrong’ or not nice to feel based on the metric system of good or bad. The mind being the creator of those labels, doesn’t have the capacity to see past them. This algorithm will process phenomena and out will jump something that needs to be ‘healed’, fixed, changed, or improved. Instead of lovingly accepted. This is merely a perception trap into content (in my opinion). Everything is exactly the way it is supposed to be and the resistance to allowing that is what causes the mind to be worshiped because now it appears that it has the most important job to do. Controlling life. Avoiding pain. Chasing pleasure. With this, there are programs installed, creating the structure, it will always put out its opinion (based on memory) and dress it up in proof and beliefs appearing to be real. Thus from this perspective, there is nothing to be healed. This does not mean healing does not happen. It just has a different meaning to what you might think. It is beyond reasoning and intellectual understanding. So this is a course to offer mindful and practical ways to shift the paradigm on stress and struggle. A heart-opening course that frees you from skull space and invited you to live from heart space insead. As the more we surrender into presence, the more we open ourselves up to the beauty life has to offer.
Carla Aspesberger is here to encourage a different perspective that guides awareness back towards Truth instead of the distorted version previously praised. She uses her own life experience as content in sharing the teachings towards awakening ultimate freedom. Carla's feet are anchored in love and her heart is in charge of emanating frequencies beyond words and mind processes.

Leçon 1
Awareness, Attention, Perception & Presence
It is very important to understand there is more than one way to pay attention. The quality of our attention governs our lives and the funny thing is that we don’t even realize it. How are we to do so? How are we supposed to know what we don't know? This sets the foundation and offers insight to turn attention onto itself. In this way, we become aware of the seer instead of just the seen. Almost like stepping back from a 2D reality into a 3D reality. Today's lecture will offer insight into attention and awareness. We will end with an awareness practice also known as a non-doing practice to integrate and embody the knowledge.
Leçon 2
Mindfulness
This is an introduction to the difference between mindfulness and mind fullness. It goes into a practice where it becomes apparent that it is not only important that you pay attention to the present moment but more so, how you pay attention. As well, I reveal the art of mindfulness and go meta on it too for deeper "innerstanding."
Leçon 3
Ahimsa (Non-Violence)
This introduces a very important concept in detail of what it means to not be harmful to yourself and others. It offers a whole new perspective on "do unto others what you want done to yourself," as we treat others the same way we do ourselves. In stressful situations and even when in a burnout, this becomes foundational to explore.
Leçon 4
Non-Striving
This is such a misunderstood concept to be decoded. When facing burnout, it is essential to look at effort and energy expenditure. The mind tries to convince you that non-striving will lead to stagnation but this is not true. It just opens the possibility for effortless flow. It is an attitude of non-doing while undertaking a practice or project, trying less, and being open to experiencing the moment as it is.
Leçon 5
Patience To Receive
So often, we label a moment based on how the narrator wants it to be and we forget completely to see what actually is. This causes a lot of struggle and suffering. This session is about learning to accept what is before responding or acting. Making sure you are fully present instead of trying to view the moment from a past mindset. In that way, the opportunity to tap into the abundance in this moment is inevitable. This moment already has everything you need and more. Everything is in your favor!
Leçon 6
Surrender Into Trust
This is an experience where we challenge the tendency to close. It is challenging to trust that there is a gift in the hand of adversity, but as we zoom out of personal attachment and into transcendent perfection, we soon realize that there is a bigger picture.
Leçon 7
Limiting Beliefs
As humans, we are creatures of habit. And while it helps us in many ways, there are some restrictions to this as well. Today, we will deep dive into what beliefs really are. As well, we'll get into limiting beliefs and how they can easily and effortlessly be let go or altered to benefit.
Leçon 8
Fierce Forgiveness
Forgiveness is extremely deep inquiry work. Yet it is so fruitful once pushed beyond the comfort zone. Today, we will explore and genuinely inquire inward on the subject of forgiveness. We'll also discover that it is safe to be uncomfortable.
Leçon 9
Mental Hygiene
There is so much emphasis on physical hygiene but what we have not been taught since a young age is mental hygiene. I shed light on how to do this daily and make it a habit because if we do this, it results in calm and peaceful inner space.
Leçon 10
Vajadu
This topic goes into detail and also encourages practices so you can experience daily life through brand new eyes. Seeing every moment like it is the first time, because even if you see something again, the truth is, you are seeing it for the first time at that moment. Our perception shapes what we see. That is why when we change the way we look at things, they change.

Very thought provoking. It takes being present to a deeper territory that helps you examine the way you show up to yourself, removing the film of filters to unmask our pure self. She has a lovely way with words and is heaven on the ears to boot.
