Today we discuss how to balance the 4 most important chakras that are linked to chronic stress. Some stresses are acute and temporary while others are more chronic like illness, injury, and stress due to major life changes.
When faced with prolonged stress, you'll learn how to balance and clear our chakra blocks, so energy can flow more smoothly and we can handle our stress with more grit, resilience, and grace.

So you had a meltdown, now what? We are all human. The goal of this course isn't to never have a meltdown again, but to lessen its frequency.
