Identify Benefits
In today's practice we help you get clear on what health and beauty truly is to you. Once you get a clear visual, your subconscious mind will have a much easier time of helping you to align with that vision and with the vibration that accompanies it. You will also come to an undeerstanding of what is blocking you from aligning with that higher vibration of health and beauty. As we identify these lies, false beliefs, negative thoughts, and yucky energy within our body, mind, and spirit, we can then begin to cleanse, heal, and shift away from it and toward the higher vibration.

Parasites
In today's lesson, you will begin to release the "parasites" that are sucking your life-force energy and blocking you from healing and self-love. You will be gently guided to cleanse the soil with Divine Light and to plant a seed. This seed represents your new beginning and vibrates at the highest level of health, vitality, and beauty.

The Most Important Relationship
Today, you will begin to recognize your body as a gift and come to understand that your relationship with your body is the most important relationship you will have in this lifetime. You will also be introduced to the "God Box" and understand how to surrender "parasites" to it when they come up. This practice will effectively teach you to shift away from criticism, into mutual respect.

Becoming Mindful
Today, you will begin the process of becoming aware of your physical body and the awesome vessel it truly is. You are invited to spend time moving through your body with mindfulness, recognizing the abundance of blessings within you.
Leçon 5
Expanding Awareness
In today's lesson, you will become aware of the Nervous System including: your brain, spinal cord and the amazing network of nerves and cells communicating back and forth constantly; as well as your Circulatory System, including your heart and blood vessels. You are invited to notice the intricate network of cells and nerves within you and how they are taking information and passing it to your brain, giving you the ability to touch and feel and sense the things around you.

Your Role As Care Giver
Today, you will focus on becoming aware of your important role as caregiver to your body. In doing so, you will learn to connect with the digestive system and to appreciate the constant service it provides. You are encouraged to recognize that each system within the body is designed to work together and to rely upon one another. And you are the key; without your love and care, no system within you can function at its highest level.

Energy Of Gratitude
Today, you will allow a sense of wonder and gratitude for your body to swell within you. You will focus on healing and shifting into an energy of love and self-care. You will claim your power, to love and care for your body in healthy and wonderful ways.

Beginning Anew
In today's lesson, you will shift into a new life of friendship and connection with your body. You will be encouraged to extend and receive forgiveness and love, and release darkness so that you may be filled with new and restorative light.
Leçon 9
Learning To Listen
The remainder of this week will be focused on learning to listen to your body and to be mindful of its needs. This will create better harmony in your relationship with your body and will also serve to attract greater health and vitality. Those who have previously struggled with weight issues, whether too heavy or too thin, often find that this is the first step in allowing these struggles to fade into the past. When we choose to connect with our body on this deeper and more meaningful level, we allow our body to guide us to our ideal weight as well as to claim greater health. You will begin to shift away from "Shouldn't" and "Can't," and into Choice.

Inner Guidance
Meet one of your inner guides who can help you communicate more clearly with your body. You are invited to set up a "YES" and "NO" system within your body and practice making choices that serve your highest good. You will begin to effectively lock in the positive feelings that come with listening to your body.
Leçon 11
Intuitive Eating
In today's lesson you will be guided to visualize the process of eating mindfully and invite your subconscious mind to assist you in making healthy and nourishing choices. You will begin the shift toward enjoying food so much more and needing so much less to feel satisfied. You will also be encouraged to slow down and to connect with each bite of food, beginning to release habits of rushing through meals or snacking mindlessly.

Tuning In
In today's lesson, you will reconnect with your stomach in a healthy and loving way, guiding your stomach back to its healthiest size and shape. You will tune back into your hunger and satisfaction signals to allow yourself the best opportunity for a life of health.

True Nourishment
Today, you will start collapsing your cravings and desire for junkfood and artificial foods. You will be guided to build a bridge to help cross the divide separating you from a desire for healthy and nourishing foods. Together, we will allow in the light, to help align you with the vibration of the more nourishing foods.

Ideal Health & Vitality
Today, you will thank your body for being a part of your life journey and flood it with gratitude. You are invited to reconnect with the image of your ideal health, weight and vitality and see the sheer beauty within yourself, allowing it to expand and grow.

Embracing Movement
Prepare for a week of increased energy and movement. You will begin to dissolve negative connections with exercise as well as begin to recognize your body's desire to have an abundant flow of powerful energy.
Leçon 16
Claiming Freedom
See your own beautiful and vibrant energy body and begin to understand that you are not just a physical being, you are an energy being with limitless beauty and potential. Today, you will dissolve the dark particles that have been blocking you and tying down your movement and flow. Allow your angels to help filter away all that does not serve your highest good.

Expanding Your Options
Allow Light and Love to continue raising you to a higher vibration. In today's lesson, allow yourself to take a virtual ride and open yourself up to new possibilities for movement and fun. See yourself living your life with passion and enthusiasm.

Receiving Messages
Learn to listen to the messages your body is sending you. In today's lesson, you will tune into the emotions within discomforts in your body and allow them to dissolve. You will be given a space of silence for contemplation and expressing gratitude to your body for holding emotions and energy for you. Give your body permission to release the energy that no longer serves you.

Two-Way Communication
Get comfortable with the idea of talking to your body. Although this may sound like a strange concept to begin with, it has truly profound benefits. Together, we will delve into learning why two way communication is an essential key to optimal health and you will begin to recognize the wisdom your body holds and the love it has for you.

Connecting With Truth
In today's lesson, you will receive three words to guide and help you. You will also be encouraged to call on and claim personal truths that are residing within you. A soothing and motivating song will invite you to align with the Light within, to guide you toward healing and to open you to all the possibilities available to you.

Beautiful Growth
Honor yourself for the growth you've achieved. Check in with your seed and see the beautiful growth. Send the parasites (and all limiting beliefs) deep into the earth to be transformed, as you commit to yourself, the determination to continue moving forward with light and love, one breath at a time.

Developing The Vision
Today, we come into full presence, breathing fully and deeply. You will be guided to ask for a new and deeper vision of who you are becoming. Feel your body, and ask your body for the specific steps you can take to help create this vision.

Bringing In Your Guides
On Day 23, you are invited to discover more about your spiritual guides. Our guides and angels exist to best serve humanity and as they are connected to divine wisdom and understanding, they desire to actively participate in helping us through our life experience. Today, enlist the help of these guides in supporting you and your body.

Releasing The Weight Of Others
Become aware of the energetic weight you may be carrying for others. Today, we look at developing a regular practice of washing this weight away and refocusing on sharing deep and rejuvenating love instead.
Leçon 25
Releasing The Weight Of The Past
Put down the burdens of anger and resentments. On Day 25, you are encouraged to ask yourself what is no longer serving you, giving your body permission to release the weight you’ve been carrying from past trauma, abuse, and fear. This is a highly therapeutic practice.

Softening The Heart
Today, we turn our attention to our wonderful, beautiful, gentle heart. In the past, we may have buried it deep within us, in order to try and feel safe. In today's lesson, we bring in the power of Unconditional Love to restore our heart to tender softness. You are invited to listen to a soothing song, allowing you to gently release the walls that are no longer serving you.

Releasing Self-Judgment
Allow your new, tender heart to guide you toward self-forgiveness and acceptance. In doing so, you will be able to cultivate new and meaningful relationships, while coming to understand how powerful and important the relationship is, with ourselves. You will learn to cut the cords of harsh judgment that have been weighing you down and lift into greater self-love and unity.

Loving The Weight Away
Practice mindfully sending love into the body to gather and release all physical and energetic weight that is no longer serving you. You will undergo a restorative relaxation practice that supports you in finding a space of health, confidence and healing. Relax into the lightness of this experience.

Thank You, But No More
In today's practice you will learn to develop a healthy process to address the sneaky old habits that attempt to re-enter your life. You will learn to say “No Thank You” to the behaviors that no longer serve you, inviting in a deeply profound ability to both love and nurture yourself and others.

Unity Of Body, Mind, Soul
Today is the final day of this course, but only the beginning of a beautiful journey to health and vitaity. In this last lesson, you will be encouraged to rise into the essence of the divine, radiant being that you are. You will unite body, mind, and soul in support of your most joyful and healthy existence.
