Leçon 1
Setting Your Intention
In lesson one, you get to set your intention for the course. This lesson will help you to get clear on why you want to create the habit of meditation and how you will benefit from being consistent. You will learn a little of the science behind creating new habits and how to make the habits stick.

Making Mediation a Habit
On day two, we learn that with repetition anyone at any age can create a new habit. Scientists now tell us that the brain is not a static mass of cells but a neural network that is constantly growing and developing. Every action we take creates a neural pathway in the brain. So in lesson two, you get to strengthen those neural connections with a relaxing breath meditation.

Making Space for your Habit
A lot of people fail to create habits because they think they don’t have time. Often, it's not that we don't have time but rather that we haven't made it a priority. In today’s lesson, we are going to work on letting go of what's limiting you. Meditation can be a powerful way to release any unwanted thoughts and beliefs and let go of any resistance you have towards making this habit stick.

Practising Presence
The practice of presence can help us to form any habit. When we focus on just today, our task becomes so much easier. Learning to be in the present moment is a powerful practice, one that not only enriches your day but is beneficial for your health and happiness. In today's meditation, we will practice using a mantra to stay in the present moment.

Improving Focus
It is important not to split your focus too much and not try to do too many things at once. In today’s mediation, you will learn how meditation can help improve our focus. For today's practice, we are going to put our focus on the body as well as let go of some of the clutter in our minds.

Heart Coherence
Think of every day you meditate like a beat of the heart, each one is special but alone it's not much use. By continuing to beat every second, it keeps our heart healthy and positively impacts every part of our lives. By adding each day of meditation together, it can all add up to have a transformational impact on your life.
Leçon 7
Letting Go of Resistance
With any new habit, we usually start off motivated and full of confidence, but there often comes a lull, a dip in motivation, a point where you will doubt yourself and allow all of your negative talk in. Today's lesson will prepare you for that resistance. It will help you to start to recognise the things that stand in the way of your goals and dreams and learn how to get them out of the way.

Practising Gratitude
Gratitude is the gateway emotion. A gateway to all the other positive emotions like happiness, peace, contentment, compassion, forgiveness, and love. Find gratitude and the others won’t be too far behind. It is one of the easiest positive emotions to access, even when you feel low there is always something you can feel grateful for. Today, we use gratitude to help us stay focused and positive for the future.

Pulling the Plug on Anxiety
In today's lesson, we will look at how we can break the pattern of anxiety, by letting go of some of those feelings of stress and anxiety that you may be holding without even realising it. When we feel anxious, we often stop doing all of the things that are good for us. We want to retreat, maybe eat comfort food and disengage from regular life. But in doing that, we can make things worse. Anxiety can be a learned behaviour, a habit that we have created. So by letting go of some of the emotions related to it, we are more empowered to make any necessary change.

Allowing the Flow
Whether you simply want to have more ease and flow in your life or you would like to experience a flow state to increase your productivity or enhance your creativity, meditation can help with both. Being aware of the present moment will allow us to access both, so on our last day together we will share a mindful meditation.
