Leçon 1
Introduction to the Art of Self-love
Guided by the notion that self-love is our birthright, in day 1 we are setting the framework for this course. We are talking about what the next couple of days will be about, and we are getting clear on what we can expect and how can we show up for ourselves during this lovely soul journey. We finish day 1 class with a journaling exercise aimed to help us achieve more clarity and direction.
Leçon 2
Self-Trust: Setting Intention
Every relationship requires trust in order for it to feel safe, and it is no different when it comes to our relationship with ourselves. One of the fundamental ways we can build trust with ourself is by consistently showing up and following through. In day 2, we are setting an intention for ourselves that we will do our best to honor throughout and beyond this course. By setting an intention for this journey, we are showing ourselves that we are worthy and deserving, and by honoring it we are building trust - a stable foundation upon which we can build layers and layers of compassion, acceptance and love.
Leçon 3
Self-Acceptance + Progress
One of the blocks of embracing our beautiful selves is the expectations that we put on ourselves and our journey. In day 3, we are going to tackle the progress vs perfection issue, and learn to embrace and celebrate where we currently are and all the incremental changes that are slowly, but surely bringing us closer to where we want to be. True and lasting change comes when we accept where we currently are, and focus on the journey, rather than on the destination.
Leçon 4
Joy
In day 4 we are talking about another core emotion that is closely tied to love: joy. While we want to honor all of our emotions, it’s often the case that we could use a conscious boost of the uplifting ones. In today’s class we are focusing on the power of savoring positive experiences, and we are embracing and embodying joy. You will be given a journaling exercise that can become part of your daily routine aimed to uplift your spirit and raise your vibrations.
Leçon 5
Gratitude
Following the idea from day 4, in day 5 we are diving deep into another core and high-vibrational emotion: gratitude. We will learn and practice how to use both journaling and meditation to embrace and embody gratitude in our daily lives.
Leçon 6
Embodying your Authentic Self
Self-love means loving the Self. This also means deeply knowing and embodying that Self. When we are not aligned with who we are deep down, there is an inner conflict present. Without fully embracing our truth, unconditional self-love is out of our reach. This is why in day 6 we dive into uncovering, getting familiar with, and embracing our authentic self.
Leçon 7
Self-love: Mind
In the next 3 days we are taking a holistic approach to self-love by taking into account the mind, the body, and the soul. In day 7 we talk about all things mind-related. We are taking a closer look into our own inner dialogue, the way we speak to ourselves, and ways we can influence that with self-awareness and use of affirmations. We are talking about mental self-care practices, and finishing the day with a loving meditation.
Leçon 8
Self-love: Body
Day 8 is devoted to embracing our love towards our physical self. We look closely into the way we talk to our body, and how to positively influence this dialogue. We look at different ways we can take care of our body, as a self-love practice.
Leçon 9
Self-love: Soul
In day 9 we take a closer look into soul-led self care. We talk about energetics and intuition - ways we can take loving care of our energy in order to feel grounded and connected with our inner knowing and wisdom.
Leçon 10
Unconditional Love of Self
After we’ve dived deep into the mind, body, and soul love, in day 10 we wrap all this knowledge up into creating our own unique self-love toolbox. We embrace and embody love of self, after which we can open our hearts and embrace love of others as well.
