The Problem Is Worry
We tend to think that worry is a useful way of trying to resolve problems. But what if it isn't useful at all and is only causing you anxiety and stress and is preventing you from living in this present moment?

You Are Helpful When You Are Here
Worry will leave you under the impression that it is beneficial to keep returning to the past or heading out in our imaginations to the future. Yet, the only time you can take any action is in the present moment.

You Can Trust Yourself
When we dwell in worry, we are signaling to ourselves that we cannot trust ourselves. What if you can? In this lesson, we take a look at all the ways you have been able to trust yourself to do the best in any given situation.
Leçon 4
Trust And Presence
When we replace worry with trust and presence we find that we are able to deal with any issues that arise in the moment in the most effective way. We are in a state of clarity and calm and therefore are in the most optimum position to handle anything that comes our way.

Very effective. Working with long term grief and anxiety. While this course not specifically on these topics, it helped refocus on the source of the problems and how to better frame them.

So timely! I am going through some very destabilising times in a few areas of life & Iv never thought about worry in this light and you’ve made it so wonderfully clear about what is going on when we worry. I do wish part of my brain that involuntarily dwells on certain issues would loosen its grip & would take on board some if the wonderful truths...
