Why The Way We Breathe Matters
In this first lesson we will explore why the way we breathe matters. We'll discuss the different effects of breathing through your nose versus breathing through your mouth, the impact of the rate, depth, and force of your breath on your body systems and what the ideal breath looks like according to science. And you'll gain a technique to play with to help unblock a stuffy nose.

In this lesson we're going talk about breath awareness. We'll learn about what things to observe and the information we can gain from what we notice. This will be followed by a guided breath awareness practice.

In this lesson we're going to explore some ways to invite our system to slow down, relax, and rest. We will play with a couple different techniques as they may not all have the intended results for you. We are each unique beings so having a few different tools to play with increases our odds of finding one that works for us.

This lesson looks at up regulating, activating and energizing, breath techniques. Simple ways to boost your energy and focus so you can do what you need to do.

Balancing Breath Techniques
This lesson is about breaths that invite in balance. The techniques we'll play with here are great tools when we feel scattered or overwhelmed. They can help us to return to centre and reset our system.
