This will give you a taste of what to expect in the coming days. We'll cover foundational Asanas, the pranayama technique, silent meditation, guided imagery, and Shavasana (Corpse Pose).

Today, we will talk about Asanas, a Sanskrit word for sitting posture used in meditation. We will examine its many benefits and how starting meditation with Asana can help ground you.
