The Fastest Way To Calm ADHD
On Day 1, we'll discuss how to shift perspective on ADHD: from it being the drawback many of us experience it as, to potentially being something that can be useful if we tap into the advantages of it. Then, we'll do a short session focusing on a technique to get familiar with easing the energy and sensations that often drive our mental activity. Then, we'll assess our sleep habits and rituals in order to make adjustments if needed.

Gamify Your Focus
On Day 2, we'll use an advanced scientifically-backed visualization technique to tap into 5x increased motivation for daily meditation. Then, our sitting session will include techniques to turn meditation into a fun game, making it a more engaging process to partake in. Our daily take-away will be to practice the image we conjured during the lesson and linking it to our anchor activity to maximize our motivation.

(Literally) Dance Into The Zone
On Day 3, we'll delve into the creative and divergent thinking advantages of ADHD. In the session, we'll do a dance meditation, playing your favourite tune and jamming in a variety of speeds and rhythms to connect body and mind in a creative, effortless flow. Our daily take-away delves into your creative habits and how to make them conscious and consistent to feel more integrated every day.

Getting Into The Skills-Challenge Sweet Spot
On Day 4, we'll discuss the Flow concept of the Challenge-Skills Balance and how it allows you to stay growing and engaged in all endeavors and goals. During the session, we'll dive deeper into stretching our skills and challenge ourselves by balancing 2 and even 3 focus points at a time, in a relaxed alert way -- creating a flexible, dynamic attention. The daily take-away is on mindful eating and assessing nutrition to optimize your ability to enter a focused flow.
Leçon 5
Entering The Matrix Of Oneness
On Day 5, the lesson is about altered states versus traits, and how regular meditation practice can literally change our brain and make it easier to be relaxed and focused long-term. In the session, we'll integrate all the skills we've built so far, and expand them into awareness of our surroundings, creating an ability to be "at one" with our environment instead of distracted or overwhelmed by it. The daily take-away is on the 3 Hour Rule and managing screen time use with clear tools in order to relinquish the modern interruptions that make our focus exponentially more fragmented.

Effortlessly Walking Your Way Into Flow State
On Day 6, our lesson covers the specific ways certain kinds of dynamic exercise can be ideal for those with ADHD, and ways to implement this to maximize your benefits. In today's walking meditation, you'll be guided along a journey of sensory awareness, integrating one more layer at a time and playing around with different tempos, and see the world around you in a fresh and wondrous light. For today's take-away, you'll be encouraged to assess your exercise regimen and reflect on any useful adjustments.
Leçon 7
The Anchor Point & Mastering Your ADHD
On Day 7, the lesson will cover the concept of The Anchor Point and how to hold it lightly in your mind as a compass that you can effortlessly glide towards in your meditation practice in order to ensure you're challenging yourself (in a relaxed way). In the session, you'll work in all the skills you've touched on but expand your awareness into space itself, the entire field of energy in your awareness, and even have the opportunity to potentially experience the Anchor Point effect. The daily take-away covers everything from how to build and organize your practice going forward, to how to integrate the daily take-away habits on a sustainable basis.
