Welcome to your EFT tapping meditation for releasing the fear of being seen.
During this meditation we're going to focus on accepting all versions of ourselves,
Releasing shame and embarrassment around past decisions and past experiences and embrace our ability to be seen.
Tapping has been proven to be effective even if you don't believe that it will work.
So be sure to pay attention to any messages that may come through while we are tapping.
These messages may offer the insights you need to release the fear of being seen.
Tapping can be extremely powerful in moving energy through our bodies so remember to drink lots of water after the process.
Now let's begin.
To be most effective before we begin tapping think about all the different ways you are afraid to be seen and be your most authentic self.
Rate the intensity of how you feel on a scale from one to ten with ten being the strongest.
The goal here is that by the end of our tapping session that number will go down.
Start tapping on the side of your hand alongside your pinky finger also known as the karate chop.
Even though there are different versions of who I am in the minds of old acquaintances,
Friends and family,
I love who I am and all that I do and I deeply and completely love and accept myself no matter what.
Even though I am embarrassed and ashamed when I think about some of my past experiences and those feelings make me doubt sharing my most authentic expression,
I deeply and completely love and accept myself anyway.
Even though the thought of being seen excites me,
I allow self-doubt to convince me to hide my most authentic expression and I still deeply and completely love and accept myself always.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
Old versions of myself.
Side-eye,
Living in the minds of old friends and family.
Under-eye,
My embarrassment and shame over past decisions.
Under-nose,
Living in fear of judgment.

When I harshly judge myself the most.

Constantly questioning my most authentic expressions.

Enabling self-doubt to stop my momentum.
