Welcome to your EFT tapping meditation for releasing all that no longer serves you.
During this meditation,
We're going to focus on releasing old thought patterns,
Belief systems,
And all energy and focus that is no longer serving you.
As you tap,
Pay attention to any messages that may come through to you while we are tapping.
These messages may offer the insights you need to release old thought patterns and belief systems.
Tapping can be extremely powerful in moving energy through our bodies,
So remember to drink lots of water after the process.
Before we begin,
I am going to tell you where to tap and then say the statement.
You can repeat the statement aloud after me or you can repeat it silently in your head,
Whichever feels best.
To be most effective,
Think about those issues,
Beliefs,
Habits,
Or even people and relationships that you're having a hard time letting go of even though you know they are no longer serving you.
Rate the intensity of how you feel on a scale from 1 to 10 with 10 being the strongest.
The goal here is that by the end of our tapping session,
That number will go down.
Now let's begin.
Start tapping on the side of your head alongside your pinky finger or what's known as the karate chop.
Even though my mind tries to convince me to stick to my usual patterns that no longer serve me,
I deeply and completely love and accept myself anyway.
Even though it's easy to fall back on what's familiar and seems safe,
I deeply and completely love and accept myself always.
Even though it's hard to create new habits to replace old patterns,
I deeply and completely love and accept myself no matter what.

My usual patterns,

Are no longer serving me.
Under eye,
Familiar habits,
Under nose are keeping me stuck.

Silencing my mind.
Collarbone,
In order to release old belief systems.
Under arm,
I am able to transform my pain into growth.
Top of the head,
I am ready to release everything that no longer serves me.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
I am able to learn new ways of being.
Side eye,
I focus only on what's working.
Under eye,
I release everything else.
Under nose,
I am cultivating a new way of being.
Chin,
I am strengthening my inner independence.
Collarbone,
I embrace challenge as part of my learning and growth process.
Under arm,
Disruption is a catalyst for my own growth and expansion.
Top of the head,
I am always growing and changing and I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

What if I was in control of my mind?
Side eye,
What if releasing old belief systems was easy?
Under eye,
What if I easily recognized everything I need to release?
Under nose,
What if I wasn't afraid to let go of everything that no longer serves me?
Chin,
What if I could make more room for transformation and expansion?

What if I released stagnant relationships,
Beliefs,
And patterns to create space for something new?
Under arm,
What if I was open to receiving all that the universe had to offer?
Top of the head,
What if I didn't allow anything or anyone to lower my vibration?

Creating space for transformation.
Side eye,
Creating space for expansion.
Under eye,
Creating space for abundance.
Under nose,
Creating space for self-love.
Chin,
Creating space for new experiences.
Under arm,
Creating space for new relationships.
Under arm,
Creating space to trust fully in the universe.
Top of the head,
I make room for expansion and release all that no longer serves me.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
My identity is not connected to old ways of being.
Side eye,
I am the best version of myself when I am able to release what no longer serves me.
Under eye,
I am in alignment with my intentions.
Under nose,
I easily recognize what doesn't serve me.
Chin,
Holding on to old belief systems doesn't feel aligned with how I want to feel.
Collarbone,
Inner conflicts are a symptom of my own expansion.
Under arm,
As I release all that no longer serves me,
I create a strong foundation of self-trust and faith in the universe.
Top of the head,
I release and let go in order to stay in alignment with my highest self and the universe.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
I trust myself.
Side eye,
I choose to courageously embrace the new.
Under eye,
I grow and expand beyond my past experiences.
Under nose,
I give myself permission to open to the flow of support,
Love,
And abundance from the universe.
Chin,
I refuse to let my past dictate my future.
Collarbone,
I am worthy of all that the universe has in store for me and I release everything that doesn't align with my expansion.
Under arm,
Being my authentic self is my life purpose and my direction flows from being in alignment.
Top of the head,
I now choose to follow my intuition and live a life that is a powerful expression of the truth of who I am.
