Welcome to your EFT Tapping Meditation for trusting yourself and following your intuition.
During this meditation,
We're going to focus on any doubt and fear you have behind fully trusting yourself and following your intuition and releasing those beliefs.
Be sure to pay attention to any messages that may come through to you while we are tapping.
These messages may offer the insights you need to release the belief that you can't trust yourself or your intuition.
Tapping can be extremely powerful in moving energy through our bodies,
So remember to drink lots of water afterwards.
Now let's begin.
I am going to tell you where to tap and then say the statement.
You can repeat the statement aloud after me,
Or you can repeat it silently in your head,
Whichever feels best.
To be most effective,
Before we begin tapping,
Think about those times you didn't trust yourself or your intuition but wished that you had later.
Repeat the intensity of how you feel about it on a scale from 1 to 10,
With 10 being the strongest.
The goal here is that by the end of our tapping session,
That number will go down.
Start tapping on the side of your hand alongside your pinky finger,
Or what's known as the karate chop.
Even though it can feel scary to trust my gut,
I deeply and completely love and accept myself anyway.
Even though my mind tries to convince me to stick to my usual patterns that no longer serve me,
I still deeply and completely love and accept myself no matter what.
Even though I'm not in the habit of following my intuition,
I now choose to quiet my mind and go with what feels right,
And I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
Trusting my gut.
Side-eye,
Following my intuition.
Under-eye,
Silencing my thoughts.
Under-nose,
Releasing old belief systems.
Chin,
I'm ready to release the fear of trusting my gut.
Collarbone,
It doesn't feel good to be stuck in old patterns.
Under-arm,
I don't want to rely on patterns that no longer serve me.
Top of the head,
I'm ready to release the feeling of being stuck,
And I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
Doing what feels right.
Side-eye,
Honoring my awareness.
Under-eye,
I'm ready to trust myself completely.
Under-nose,
I don't want old belief systems to keep me from being happy.
Chin,
I want to release those patterns that are no longer serving me.
Collarbone,
Not trusting myself doesn't feel aligned with how I want to feel.
Under-arm,
My gut instinct is my internal guidance system.
Top of the head,
Tuning into my intuition connects me to divine guidance,
And I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
What if my intuition never failed me?
Side-eye,
What if I was always able to silence my thoughts?
Under-eye,
What if I always did what felt right?
Under-nose,
What if I honored my awareness?
Chin,
What if I stayed in alignment with my intuition?
Collarbone,
What if I wasn't afraid to trust myself?
Under-arm,
What if I recognized my own power?
Top of the head,
What if I followed my intuition and let whatever was going to happen,
Happen?
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
I am tuned into my intuition.
Side-eye,
Following my intuition connects me to divine guidance.
Under-eye,
I listen intently with my heart before responding.
Under-nose,
I release all blockages that were previously keeping me from trusting myself.
Chin,
I am able to receive divine guidance that is always within me and I always have access to.
Collarbone,
I desire to flow with ease.
Under-arm,
I will blossom by trusting my gut and following my intuition.
Top of the head,
I am in alignment with my highest self when I follow the creative impulses of my soul.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
I am the best version of myself when I am aligned with my intuition.
Side-eye,
I break the cycle of standing in my own way due to negative overthinking.
Under-eye,
I am not going to let anyone or anything stand in the way of trusting myself,
Especially not myself.
Under-nose,
It is safe for me to let go of any worries and doubts about trusting my gut and following my intuition.
Chin,
I recognize that my inner sanctuary is my guiding light.
Collarbone,
I allow my higher self to guide me to the answers I need.
Under-arm,
Solutions are near.
Top of the head,
My commitment to truth makes me a clear channel and I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

I trust myself.
Side-eye,
I don't doubt my gut instincts.
Under-eye,
I confidently follow my intuition.
Under-nose,
I am in flow with my higher self.
Chin,
The more I learn myself,
The more I fall in love with myself.

I open myself to receiving more sacred energy and higher truths.
Under-arm,
Answers and solutions are always delivered at the right time.
Top of the head,
I embody the truth of my highest self and I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
