Welcome to the loving-kindness for cultivating positive energy.

Be comfortable in your space.

Close your eyes down gently.

Take a deep inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Once again,

Take a deep inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Bring your awareness to the feeling of your breath.

Feel the rise and fall of your body as you breathe in and breathe out.

As you breathe,

Begin to pay attention to the area of the heart.

Feel your heart awakening and calming with each breath.

Embracing the presence of your heart here in this moment.

Now bring your awareness to yourself and directing loving-kindness phrases towards yourself.

Repeat the phrases silently in your mind.

May I attract positivity and happiness.

May I feel full of energy and joy.

May I believe in myself and my dreams.

May I trust myself and my journey.

May I be grateful for the little things in life.

May I be calm,

Peaceful and relaxed.

Feel the power of positive energy for yourself.

Now relax the muscles in your body.

Feeling thankful for our loving-kindness practice today.

Now slowly open your eyes.

Bring awareness to the environment around you.
