To this session And you bring your intentions for this full moon That this is a beautiful moment to release whatever no longer serves you And it can be a tension,

A specific tension in your body Also bring to your heart someone who would love to send love The image that comes to my mind is the light of the full moon Bringing light to the heart of that person Let's visualize a mental screen with your eyes closed And in that mental screen,

You see the number 3,

3 And you activate the physical relaxation Where your full body relaxes and releases any tension That you might have accumulated during the day To reinforce today,

I'm going to mention different parts of your body And I invite you to bring your focus,

Your attention to that part Let's start by the top of your head Bring your focus to the top of your head And feel the muscles relaxing more and more And feel the muscles in your forehead relaxing more and more Bring your focus to your eyes And feel even the skin around your eyes Bring your focus to your nose,

To your mouth Bring your focus to your neck Keep going down through your arms and your hands and your fingers And feel your whole body You bring your focus to your thighs,

Your knees So that anytime you visualize the number 3,

3 times in your mental screen You activate the physical relaxation Where your body releases any tension You go to your mental screen and you visualize Anytime you visualize the number 2,

3 times You activate the mental relaxation To reinforce today,

The mental relaxation I invite you to visualize yourself in a very relaxing place It can be by the waterfall,

By the river It can be in a forest,

In the beach And as you visualize yourself there You notice any details that make you feel even more relaxed It can be the trees You notice any sounds that make you feel more and more tranquil You notice that all the sounds you hear Throughout this session,

They make you feel more and more relaxed And you know that anytime you visualize the number 2,

3 times You activate Next,

You go back one more time And you visualize the number 1 And the number 1,

3 times Activate And deeper To reinforce,

I'm going to just count from 5 to 1 And when I say 1,
