In the center of your center,
Your team awaits,
Ready to help you step into the next layer of your divine truth and purpose.
In this guided meditation you will receive light language healing and activations.
Light language is soul language.
It is multi-dimensional and carries the energy of unconditional love.
When you hear it,
Perceive it through your heart and it will connect you to a latent energy that transcends all that you know and you start to be.
When you are ready,
Find a comfortable position sitting upright and gently close your eyes.
Let's begin.
Breathing gently,
Come deeply into the awareness of your body,
Feeling your arms,
Your legs and feeling the sensations on your skin.
Breathing a little deeper now,
Focus on your heart space in the center of your chest.
Stay here for a few deep breaths and keep focusing inward towards the center.
Within the center of your heart there is a small spot.
It may appear dark,
It may appear bright,
It may be a color.
It matters not how it appears.
Trust it.
Follow it.
Home in on it.
Maintain slow steady breathing to help you lock onto it.
There you are.
You have arrived at the center of your center.
This is where your divine truth resides.
Take a few slow steady breaths to slowly expand into it.
Take a few more breaths to acclimatize to the expanded heart space.
Now,
Call your team to your heart center.
Call your higher self.
Call your inner child and call your ego.
Welcome them in.
Welcome them in deeply and give them permission to step in fully and assemble here in your heart.
When these aspects of self are in harmony,
It is a powerful way to navigate your internal and external world as they guide you to your highest path.
Imagine that your team are holding hands and in this energy,
Your heart energy,
They are synchronizing,
Harmonizing,
Working cooperatively and collaboratively to assist you.
We are now going to synchronize your team.
Now turn to your higher self.
Your higher self is a mirror into your divine self which is already whole and perfect.
Let your higher self guide you to your highest purpose,
Your highest path in every now moment.
Connect to your higher self now.

I will build a deep relationship with you so that I may flow with the highest frequencies of love that I am.
Now turn to ego.
Ego keeps you safe in your beliefs and holds space for you to expand into those belief systems.
What are your beliefs?
What beliefs do you desire to change or remove?
What beliefs are you evolving through right now?
If you have experienced your ego being triggered,
Then ego is messaging you that something is out of alignment with your belief systems.
Tell ego now.
