When we are deprived of gentle physical touch and connection from others for a long time our aura field becomes prickly and we fear the closeness of others and then we repel it we feel like we're stuck in freeze mode in fight-or-flight we feel like everybody is dangerous and it's it's our own aura field that is prickling us actually a good thing then is to get around children to mimic their gentle aura or maybe get a massage or a hug a friend or just remember that humans are actually friends we are a band of cucumber mushroom monkeys however the first initial reaction of everybody's fear underneath it all we're all gentle gentle monkey cucumbers octopus mushroom when near somebody even if you're not touching them if you just have the intention of hugging them or subtly stroking or patting them on the back this is gonna be healing for you and the other person because you're putting yourself in that gentle healing state and you're projecting your intention to the other that you actually want to be gentle with them you want to treat them like a child you want to treat them like a brother a sister a mother a father so this is healing for the both sides it's nurturing energy observe others as if they belong in your family and tribe and you are taking care of them and then you will you will start to feel like you belong this is how you feel belonging by looking at others as maybe your little brother little sister mom or dad or children and this is how you change and transmute the nature of your aura to print from prickly fire to soft nourishing water so you haven't been around people maybe for a while in in in the daily grind in stress mode and then it's elbows in the air it's elbows to all sides in the air get away get away and that becomes a default so just these little little cues little intentional cues can shift your energy completely and you start attracting better things you start attracting the gentleness you start to remember that you don't have to be in freeze mode you don't have to be prickly your reality starts to shift you become lighter you are light we are light we are starlight we are sunlight thank you for listening this has been I create lines drop a follow and come back tomorrow for another relevant talk or guided meditation on my channel start your day inspired and empowered right here on inside timer check out my premium audio courses on human design next-level tools to release stuck emotions and the grip of your mind to reset your life from the foundation to the top of your spine making you more authentic intuitive and aligned join my called the League of Wanderers return to inside timer daily for your dose of wisdom and affirmation I wish you peace health abundance and wholeness
