Diet

In this lesson we will explore the 6 possible diet types within Human Design and the 12 possible varieties when we apply left variable or the right variable to each one.

Lesson 15

Definition

In this lesson we will take a look at all the possible definition types within Human Design. We will explain no split, single definition, split definition and then triple and quadruple split.

Lesson 16

Cognition

In this lesson we will explore the 6 cognition type within the Human Design system. Learn about Touch, Feeling, Outer or Inner vision, Taste or Smell ?

Lesson 17

Conclusion

In this lesson, we draw conclusions regarding all the lessons before. We give closing words of encouragement and directions on what to do with all this new knowledge and how to engage with me and the community and learn further together with us here on Insight Timer.
