So in every moment we got some support underneath you.
The chair.
Maybe we have some support on the back,
We can lean backward.
Just acknowledging that there is some relationship with the ground underneath us.
And the breath is always there without trying to change anything.
See what do you notice from your breath.
How do you know that you are breathing?
Does it have a center?
Can you notice where is your breathing starting from?
Does it have an origin?
The starting point.
Just take one of your hands and very slowly put it on your back of the neck.
Just come in contact with the skin.
Also the bones.
Can you sense any small movement of air pushing through you?
Using your hand.
What do you notice underneath your hand?
Giving yourself the most simple touch.
What kind of touch your neck need right now?
And when you are ready you can take your hand and put it on your forehead.
It can be the other hand as well.
What kind of touch your forehead needs right now?
Can it be provided?
You have the support,
You have your breath,
And you got your forehead.
You can join the other hand maybe to the sides of your head.
One hand will be on the right,
The other one will be on the left.
What do you sense there underneath your hands?
Is it active?
Maybe there is some rest in between your hands.
Sometimes closing the eyes is more helpful to notice.
Where does your head need touch right now?
What kind of touch does it need?
Maybe more pressure,
Maybe less pressure.
Being supported by the earth,
Being moved by the breathing and the air,
And getting touch from your own hands,
Providing what is needed in this moment.
Is there any sense of life in you right now between the hands and from your head downward,
Between you and the support?
What kind of touch does it need?
